MMJECT: Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. BC-200, Hycoa
Nf . Company, Pasadena, California, Project

1. This memorandum contains a recommendation for the
approval of the Project Director. Such recommendation is
contained in paragraph 5.
2. Contract No. BC-200 covers the production and de-
livery of the A-2 and B cameras as well as related spare
parts and maintenance s ores for the overhaul program. The
contract covers both and A SAT( E regaireerents .
Amendment No. 1 provided for the Con to train seven
(7) individuals to be furnished by t1h7ct the main-
tenance and repair of the A-2 and B cameras.
3. Amendment No. 2 corrected the name of the company
from "Hycon Manufacturing Company" to "Hycon Mfg. Company".
The progress payment article was changed to provide for rein-
bursement of direct costs, burden and O&A in addition to that
which was originally alloyed, i.e., direct labor, material
and/or component parts purchased. The Amendment also provided
for the cost of factory overhaul during the months of May and
June 1956 and for the Contractor to furnish additional film
spools and sets of shipping accessories.
4. Amendment No. 3 covers the procurement of two (2)
A-2 Mount Assemblies. The target price for this additional
work is $14,400.00 with a ceiling price of $15,721.10. The
$15,721.10 should be obligated against A TATONE FY 1957 funds.
This increase results in a revised total target price of
