SUBJECT: CIPC Meeting Material--26 January 1987.
1. Attached for your information are the Agenda, and the final draft
study on NFIP Support to Limited Military operations, which has been reviewed
and coordinated on by the Working Group members.
2. The study on Soviet Submarine Collection has been tentatively
scheduled for your review and discussion pending working group coordination.
However,. if final coordination is not accomplished by early next week, the
study w* l., be dropped from the agenda.
3. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

This report summarizes the activities and accomplishments of the Critical
Intelligence Problems Committee (CIPC) for 1986. Included are brief
descriptions of the CIPC studies conducted at the direction of the Director of
Central Intelligence as well as several CIPC staff initiated-projects.
The committee greatly appreciates the contributions made by the
organizations and individuals that participated in the CIPC studies and
projects during 1986. The successful and timely completion of these efforts
is directly attributable to,your outstanding support.
