CLASSIFICATION
1. The Soviot director of the Oesterreichische3rown--Soveri-Worke, AG, Vienna,
one Sergiev (or Seryeev), has been absent in t7ogcow since early June 19/+8.
Twm unidentified Soviet officers have taken his place for the time beinl7.
These two officers, upon takin, over, irmodiately searched all the Brown-
3overi archives and removed all drawings and plans of submarine electri-
cal motors, including anti-radar devices on which the firn- had been -?ror'kin8
at the close of the T,rar.
2. Anon; the plans removed was one knoin under the code nave "Ursula": an
electric underwater rotor fitted with an anti-radar device. T'~is project
lad been deci^'ned and develored by Broim-3ov Sri during the war and !-es tested
at 'Ia-,IP.irg; it was cor pleted in January 1945.
