Attached for your information is subject study, which
was prepared by the International Communism Division of
this Staff in accordance with the responsibilities stipulated
in NSCID No. S. By providing background information and
describing activities of the Communist Fronts. the study
is intended to stimulate the operational activity of field
stations and friendly liaison services. Distribution is
being made to Agency components and for liaison exchange
purposes. Distribution to other U. S. Agencies has been
approved by appropriate DDI and DID' components.
