1. The state-owned flour mill in Dzierzoniow is located on ul. Bataljonow Chlopskich
# 12/13 (former name of the street:ui. Bielawska). The administration of the mill
is broken down as follows:

2. Formerly the mill was private German property,, belonging to Mrs."Valeska Hilbert
and her son Marian Hilbert. At that time it was named: Hilbertmuehle K.G.,in
Reichenbach (Eulengebirge). At present the owners are in West Germany. From 1945
to 1951 the mill was under the Soviet Army Supply Administration. Since 1951 it
has belonged to the Polish authorities.
3. The mill covers an area of approximately 200 by 250 meters and produces flour and
groats. The daily quota amounts to 150 tons. The flour is sent to Legnica and
Swidnica in approximately 50 railroad cars per month for the Soviet Army. It is
also sent to Wroclaw for the Polish authorities.
4. The mill is equipped with old German machines manufactured by MIAG Magdeburg and
has two Star 20 trucks at its disposition. Electric current for the mill is furnished
by the power station at Nowa Ruda.
5. The mill employs approximately 20 administrative personnel and 90 workers. The
workers do 3 shifts: from 0600 to 1400 hrs., from 1400 to 2200 hrs., and from 2200
to 0600 hrs.They live mostly in workers' homes on ul. Zeromskiego # 5--11 in
Dzierzoniow.

8. The compound is surrounded by a wall approximately three meters high with barbed
wire on top. An industrial'ge.ard detachment of 20 men guards the mill. Workers
have passes with photos issued by the administration of the mill.
