SUBJECT : Guided Missiles Exchange Proposal
1. The USIB Ad Hoc Committee on Exchanges has, at the
request of the Critical Collection Problems Committee, studied
the possibility of proposing a series of exchanges in guided
missile fields. Advice given by GMIC, which included the
preparation of TAB A to the proposal, has been useful in car-
rying out the study.
2. As a result of the review, we recommend that the
attached proposal and covering letter be placed on the USIB
agenda for consideration and approval.
