1. In accordance with the referenced memorandum we are
enclosing a sanitized information report entitled, 'Soviet Research
and Development in the Chemical Engineering U" Heat Transfer," for further transmittal to Mr
OTS. The Office of Scientific Intelligence certifies that this
report in its present form is UNCLASSIFIED.
2. According to the agreement, OTS will furnish OSI ten
complimentary copies of this report, of which two will be for
OCR for retention.
