On 5 May I met with representatives of A54, including Mr. and
Mr. A fundamental overview of the major facets or parapsychology
was presented. Important issues relating to the Soviet research, purpose, and
structure as well as application were discussed. Concerns about testing, training,
risks and appropriate controls were aired. Articles and studies on the most
