We have read with interest the progress reports on perceptual augmentation techniques under contract with Stanford Research Institute. On the basis of test results on experimental activity conducted to date, we feel that definite potential exists for operational application of the paranormal abilities demonstrated by persons involved in this program. 2. In discussions with the OTS Project Officer, Dr. Kenneth ?A. Kress, we have described a series of experiments that involve subject matter of current oper- ational interest to The first of these experiments is already underway, and we envision several additional cases over the period of the next few months.
