ABSTRACT: A. Hall-generator circuit with the voltage (or current) and nmgnetic
flux density as inputs and the power as an output is considered. Formulas are
developed for the input and output powers in d-c and a-c circuits; e.g. , the out-
put power for the case of an ac-voltage input is given by:

Title I Investigation of the crystallization kinetics of salts from supersat-
w-ated solutions. Part l.- The kinetics of growth of single crystals
Periodical I Zhur. fiz. khim, 8p 1479-14881 Aug 1954
Abstra:4, The kinetics of thp growth of bingle KA1(S04) - 12H20 and C11504 ' 5H20
(-%-ystals were invelitigated under conditions oP constant reducing super-
saturation. A certain parabolical dependence existing between the rate
of salt crystallization and the relative supersaturation is described.
It, was established that the role of individual par=eters, which deter-
r,d.ne the rate of crystallization, can be determined only in conditions
when the effect of other factors is either eliminated or accurately de-
fined. Nine referoncos: 7-USSH and 2-GerTon (1907-19513). Tables;
