ary 1965. we, have now reluctantly seceded to his wishes.
I have discussed this matter with Mr. McCon* and we
are prepared to appoint a successor but to view of the present
of 1O organisational discussions, it would appear
better to get that matter resolved and have appropriate terms
of reference agreed to prior to any farther action in this
rd.
