Detainees are held in climate-controlled, lighted, aboveground, windowless cells-H -that are equipped with a mattress, a sink, and a toilet. Detainees are provided three balanced meals per day, adequate clothing, and access to showers and personal hygiene products. Detention facilities' staff personnel consult with an OMS dietician regarding detainees' meal plans and nutritional requirements. Each detention facility has an exercise room, which detainees are encouraged to use.
