Indonesia - South Vietnam The Indonesians guessed wrong on the South Vietnamese reaction to Djakarta's raising its Hanoi consulate to an embassy. The Khanh government has asked Indonesian consulate personnel to leave Saigon, and the South Vietnamese consulate in Djakarta is "closed to business." D.
