I have read :and understand the contents of the
memorandum from the Director of Personnel, on the same
subject, particularly the fact that this election by me
is a one-time, irrevocable election:
I:elect to remain a participant in the
CIA Retirement and Disability System for
the duration of my employment by the
Agency and understand that this election
is irrevocable.
I elect NOT to remain a participant in
the CIA Retirement and Disability System
and elect to be converted back to the
Civil Service Retirement System. I under-
stand that this election is irrevocable.
