Effective 25 November 2008, TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as "Contractor")
has authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the Statement of
Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Development and Production of Large Signage for the
American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) Fundraising Gala," and dated
12 November 2008, for the purchase of development and production of one (1) large
sign to be used for he Ad Placement American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee
(ADC) Fundraising Gala. Work shall be performed in accordance with Contractor's
proposal dated 21 November 2008. This project tasking will be issued as part of Task
Order No. 005 under contract and may proceed to a not-to-exceed
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO.I I AND TASK
ORDER 005 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
