Quality Step Increase
The Office of Security Career Service Board has recom-
mended, with the subsequent concurrence of the Director of
Security, that Mr. John F. Herlihy be granted a Quality Step
Increase which would change his salary from GS-12, step 4, at
$10, 970 per annum to GS-12, step 5, at $11, 300 per annum. A
copy of the original recommendation from Mr. Herlihy's super-
visor .is attached for your consideration.
