Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 II. S. C- subsection 552, I am
requesting aI1 threat assessments created by the CIA, concemulg threats
originating within Indonesia or Threats to Azneiicans in Indonesia where the
record was created between January I, 2008 and the date this request is
processed.
I make Phis request as part, of a news gathering effort for the publication
Witnesses Unto Me. I also request a fee waiver. If a fee waiver is denied,
I reserve the right to appeal the decision but in the meantime I authorize
up Co $30 in fees billed according to the news media fee category, please
contact me before fees exceed 530.

specifio exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the
