This morning, John McDonough mentioned
to me that you are considering taking on an
administrative assistant. I should like to
recommend Duncan C. Lee, who was interviewed
by several of us here and who made an
excellent impression. His record is out-
standing and he seems to me to be a capable,
intelligent young man.
His file is now in the hands of Robert
Cresswell.
