2. One of the points which I made in talking to you was that
the world in general is so accustomed to these activities of
as to accord little notice and no excitement to the news of current
repetitions of the familiar pattern. This, of course, does not
deter the 0 from accusing us of doing the very things that
they do--and irrespective of whether or not in any. given situation
they have any grounds whatever for such accusations.
