communications method of operation, cryptographic systems, organization, communi-
cations channels or facilities used by the Central intelligence Agency.
I do further solemnly swear (or affirm) that I shall not discuss, divulge,
publish or cause to be published any information concerning the cryptographic
facilities, systems, or procedures employed by other United States Government
Departments or Agencies of s:hhich i am cognizant by virtue of ny communications
duties with CIA.
I further swear (or affirm) that I shall not discuss, divulge, c olish
or cause to be published any classified information or intellirence.of which
I am copizant by virtue of my comrmnications duties with CIA unless specifically
authorized in writing in each case by the Director of Central Intelligence.
I have read the provisions of Public Law 513 and understand that after
severing my relations with CIA, I an still bound by that Law and i= it is
violated, I am subject to its penalties.
