"President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board," I am
submitting this quarterly report for the lst quarter of calendar
year 2004. It is provided to you in addition to the reports you
Executive Order requires me to report intelligence activities
that I have reason to believe may be unlawful or contrary to
Executive Order or Presidential directive. Except as previously
reported to you or the President, or otherwise stated in this
report, I am aware of no reportable items. Since my last report,
I am aware of two reportable items.
