This is a final response to your 7 October 2009 Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request for copies of "specific current Central Intelligence Agency ('CIA')
Records Control Schedules for the government-wide OPM/GOVT-5 Privacy Act
systems of records (Recruiting, Examining, and Placement Records) published in the
Office of Personnel Management Systems of Records Notice ('SORN') at 71 Fed. Reg.
35,351 (June 19, 2006)."
We processed your request in accordance with the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. ? 552, as
amended, and the CIA Information Act, 50 U.S.C. ? 431, as amended. Our processing
included a search for records as described in our 20 October 2009 acceptance letter
existing through the date of that letter.
We completed a thorough search for records responsive to your request and located
material that we determined is properly classified and must be denied in its entirety on the
basis of FOIA exemptions (b)(1), (b)(2), and (b)(3). An explanation of exemptions is
