Dear Coordinator:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting
information or records regarding the, 3AAV.@ ava nt on July 17, 1996. The CIA
produced a video which was televised nationally and it showed the aircraft losing the
whole nose section and then climbing about 3,000 feet. As a retired pilot, that seems
incredible to me. I would like to review the process used to arrive at that conclusion.
Would you please provide me a copy of the computer program and the data used to
