She covered the fact that al Qa'ida continues to desire an attack on the U.S. and will do so when they feel they have the greatest chance of success. (S) Senator Clinton requested a review of the material that specifically talks to threat FBI) and Mr. Lubutti.(DHS) inserted their respective pieces regarding actions taken to protect nuclear in the U.S. (S) Senator Schumer questioned how much New York is mentioned in comparison to other cities in the U.S. Dawn replied New York and Washington D.C. are at the top of the list for threats. (U//FOUO) FBI and DHS then each provided their segments on respective actions taken to thwart terrorist attacks on the Homeland.
