Federal Communications Commission.
There appears to be traffic routed fron. Berlin to Frazee
to Tallinn Estonia to +uaterala City. Times and frequencies have
been noted. It would arpear that Berlin is using this method to
establish communication with Central America. Certain characteristics
might indicate that it is :Iestapo business.

As of this Horning, there has been considerable rush
traffic between.D.F,C, Berlin and W.A.Y. Kabul Afghanistan, Some of
this traffic were cryptograms to the Skoda works in Kabul and to the
Samati Bank. The Department of Commerce has no information on a Skoda
plant in Kabul.
WESTERN HEMISIHERL.
Chilean radio traffic between Chile and Foru has greatly
increased, especially between CEA2 in Santiago and stations in lire.
