the Inspector General report, CIA Accountability with Respect to the
9/11 Attacks. We have assigned your request the reference number above.

We received an earlier FOIA request for the same report. We will send
you the same CIA-originated record, if it is released, once that request has
been completed. Because of our backlog, I cannot say with certainty when that
will be.
For your information, the FOIA authorizes federal agencies to collect
fees for records services. However, because search and review fees are borne
solely by the original requester, you are responsible only for a reproduction
charge of ten cents per page beyond the first 100 pages, which are free.
