5.4 (S/NF) Some of the experirr,ents/investigations required to f ulfill
this contract may require participation of select government personnel. All
such investigations will be fully planned and coordinated with the COT'R and
will be under the purviews of the SOC and the Human Use Review Committee.
5.5 (U) Should unforseen schedule of other issues arise concerning
any of the specific tasE:s identified in section 6.r], the COTR will be given
irnr,~ediate notice. If necessary, ad.iustments to priorities and schedules can
tie approved by tl-,e COTR if there is no cost or other impact on the aver-all
progr-aar,. The C0~'F; will also reV'iew/approve all anticipated research

b.1 (U) Research Plan De~.~elopment: Provide inputs for development of
a long-term comprehensive basic and applied research plan. This will
require e.:tensive expert consultation and will involve an inter-laboratory,
inter--discipliner-y appr-aach.
6.2 (U) basic Research:
6,2,1 (U) hiagnetoencephalagraph (MEG) Investigations:
b.2.1.1 (U) Calibrate the electromagnetic/magneto-
encephalograph (MEG) environment and replicate earlier results using a
variety of population types.
6.2.1.2 (U) Examine MEG evoked responses from several
population types and correlate witl-i remote viewing ability for various
physical conditions.
6.2.2 (U) Data Patterns/Correlations:

experiments, compare target features (e.g., type, dynamics) with remote
viewing results to determine if any patterns or correlations exist.
