- The target C?1 is currently located in a
foreign semi-poor region. He is in the company of or is involved
with an Asian looking woman and he works with a black haired
heavy set man. He also has a preference for fabrics or textiles
and an affinity far small figurines. There is something ethereal
about this man and he is religious. He has been involved in
illegal pursuits to include smuggling and has been in,trouble in
the past:. He is considered the communicator within his
organization.

-- Target personality is a male. He is young to middle-
aged and can be considered a businessman. He may have traveled
to the TJnited States or currently lives in the United States. He
lives in a nice house in a remote location. House was perceived
as being white and/or grey in color. Target personality is
active and then inactive. His line of work may be in
communications. He has money that is put into banks legally. He
is doing something illegal in a legal system. He may be
laundering money. Target personality is considered intelligent
but he gets confused. It is hard to pin dawn exactly what he
does.
