1. The group of people previously viewed consisted of 10-20 men who were
wearing bluish "coveralls" which appeared to have elasticized cuffs on the
sleeves and pants legs. One man had a white hard hat on. This man was
sitting at a desk, reading a "paper" (see 2, below) while the other men
milled around as though waiting (A1S: impression of waiting for a shift
change). The overall impression of these men were that they were
technicians, or otherwise well-educated (rather than "general factory
workers").
2. The "paper" the man was reading consisted of a light blue stiff-paper
cover, many pages of typed material, and a cream-colored stiff-paper back
page. The stack was secured at the top left corner and the man was lifting
pages over as he read. The subject matter of the "paper"' had to do with
recent events concerning the "plant", itself. There was also a vague
impression that these recent events would necessitate decisions and planning
being made.
3. Through the window of the office, a corner of an industrial-looking
building could be seen off to the side.
