The general area of interest appears to be barren, rocky, "rolling
hilly" ground, with high, rugged hills or mountains off in the distance.
2. The immediate target area has at least one flat topped, wide, low
building surrounded by mainly open space.
3. The inside of this building has places (desks, etc) for people, but I
could only find one person. He appeared to be a "nordic-looking" type who is
there mainly for the purpose of physical maintenance. The building has some
unidentified, ongoing activity which causes a "hissing-hum" sound inside the
building. Outside, the impressions of target activity consisted of a
stationary, rotational "thing" which has influence at a distance, always in
angular directions (impression of line-of-site). The "influence" appeared as
the emmission of dark-brown colored (AOL: energy).
4. Moving to a past time when there were people at the site, I perceived a
lot of people, all appearantly male, working "on" the building (as opposed to
working "at" the building). This was followed by a time when some men in
white clothes were going around the building with clipboards and check-lists,
preparing to either "shut down" or "bring up" the building, leaving only the
ongoing activity ("hissing hum" sound).
