The vessel is located at either 1245N 7615W or 1250N 7315W, heading SW. It SG1A
is carrying cocaine. There is a smaller vessel associated with the in this
operation. An associated word/name (possibly the other vessel) is DEWAR/DEWER.
OOF: 271130L Jun 90
Located at 1617N 8412W, on a heading of 304 degrees. It is carrying drugs and
there is another vessel associated with it in this operation. Possible names of the other
vessel are AYIENDA, SPARADA, TORESECA. The vessel appears to be carrying barrels
stacked either 3 or 5 across. They are blue, green or blue-green colored with yellow
stenciled writing across the cover and/or just below the rim/lid. Some of the barrels
contain a sliding tube-like object which slides in and out of the barrel (see diagram).
Something (in the barrels?) appears to be either surrounded by liquid or is tightly packed
in/by crumpled paper. There is something musty or dark about this vessel which evokes
very bad feelings.

Located at 1712N 7820W, heading toward the Gulf of Mexico. It is carrying 200
to 250 kilos of cocaine in submersible containers (may be submersed at necessary
times). There may be several vessels associated with this operation, all heading in
different directions. Names/phonetics associated with the vessel:
CIGA/CIGARILLO/CIGARIO/COMPET/COMET. There are several "very rough
characters" associated with the vessel who have aggressive tendencies and a very low
educational level.
