I would like to keep this very informal. Do you have any objections? Because of know Soviet involvement in psychical research and the fact that any U.S. involvement in this area would, of necessity, be classified, I have been instruct- ed to inform you that our discussion must be considered to be classified at the SECRET NOFORN level. You are not to discuss the subject matter of this interview with anyone. Before getting into the discussion, I would like you to read the following article(s): . . . . Now, 1. What do you think of the story? 2. What do you think about psychic phenomena and people associated with it? 3. Do you know anyone, including yourself, that might have had an ESP experience? Can you tell me about it? Optional) 4. Do you feel this is an aspect of society that is not clearly defined and that research should continue to clear up associated mysteries? General 5.
