REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-74
TIME
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 1400 hours,
12 June 1981.
This will be a pre-session briefing to the remote viewer.
At this time I show you a picture on which I am indicating
a specific building to you. Notice the arrow pointing to
this building. This then is the target. building. Your task
will be to perceive the inside of the building. When your
perception becomes clear, I will then direct you to a very
specific area within the building, ask you to describe that
area and answer very specific questions concerning that
special area. We will be asking you to perceive the building
in the time window, normal working hours, 12 June 1981.
Do you have any questions about your mission for this afternoon?
#07: No. It's today, is today the 12th?
#66: Today is the 12th, however, I don't know where that building
is in the world. Therefore,we wish you to adjust the time
windows so that your perceptions are at the site, normal working
hours, 12 June 1981.
#07: Okay.
#66: You now have 30 minutes in which to prepare yourself for
todays session.
1400 Focus your attention now. Relax, concentrate now. Relax and
focus your attention solely and.completely on the building
indicated in the photograph I have shown you. Focus now on
the target building and describe the interior to me.
SG1A
+05 #07: I'm entering..... I'm seeing a lot of glass..small, small
pieces of glass. Broad stairway on the left... There's a
big, very large room.
+06 #66: Go now directly to Go now directly to the
in the target building, and describe it to me.
SG1A
#07: Upstairs..left..back......
#66: Move into the room, move into and describe it SG1A
to me.

+08 #07: It's a long room, it...seems to have a narrow exterior wall
at one end and . an. exterior wall running along..alongside.
A long room that apparently fits into...corner of the building
or..I don't know.. Alongside the short side of the building
has a_exterior wall.. No windows... Two doors into the room.
As you come in-standing in the door to the left looking into
the room there's a desk to the left....
#66: Remembering-
#07: Some kind of cabinets or..electronic cabinets or something on
my right.
#66: Remembering.that.you are focusing on normal working hours,
remember that you are focusing on normal working hours,
SG1A +10 12 June 1981. Focus on this time window and describe the
activity in to me....
#07: I'm sorry, I was tryin'. to get the room any time I could:.
I don't know where I was.
#66: Refocus now on the room, normal Working hours, 12 June 1981...
#07: Three people.
#66: Describe them to me.
#07: Oh, one, the man is kind of slim, skinny..forties..in his
forties. There's a woman, uhhhh... I get the feeling that
she has a bit of authority here. She may be in charge of
+14 something. Older, kind of overweight. She's on my left.
The younger person is skittering around-getting it looks
like computer printouts. There's apparently some kind of
equipment against an outer wall as well...
#66: Position yourself so that you can observe the whole room, and
briefly review the personnel one more time, so that I may
understand clearly.
#07: I got the information that, from somewhere that there was
three people here. I got a pretty good look at two. One
is a bIinny man with glasses in his.forties. Very intense
individual. I see the older woman and the...I don't know how
old she is. Forties, fifties..overweight, sitting at.a desk.
Also glasses. A younger person I...get a glimpse of a
younger person moving around the room and gathering data, I
think computer printouts from..somethin'... Skinny guy seems
almost unaware of his presence...in the room. He's lost in..
lost in thought.
#66: All right. Now listen very carefully to the following instruc-
tions. Without reporting to me..without reporting to me SG1A
contact each one of the personnel working in
and determine the most likely candidate who might work for us.

#07: That's easy.
#66: Proceed ......................
#07: Okay.
#66: Report.
+1B #07: The skinny male, the man... You want another one, or you
wanna know the detail?
#66: Tell me about the skinny male., the man..
#07: The older.woman has been moved in a position with more
authority...primarily because he is..more astute... He is
the best at what he does... His ability has kept him lobked
away performing miracles... Damn sick and tired of it. No
attention to his person or his ability,.just..give it to him,
+21 he can do it... And he likes mental challenge so much that
he wouldn't dare quit. His feeling is that he'll show 'em
how much he likes it.
Young person, which I still can't make out if it's a male
or a female is...much too indoctrinated..ona physical and
emotional high of feeling of self-importance, dedication,
ideals. That woman is stubborn as a mule, highly indoctrinated,
very comfortable in a bureaucratic niche. Man is the one, he's
just disappointed, very disappointed, hates the woman. He's
been loin' this a long time.
#66: All right. Let's spend biome time now With the man. Let's
spend some time with him. Without reporting to me move closer,
and closer, and closer. Become part of the man, his life,
his feelings...
#07: Okay.
#66: Report.
+26 #07: Pretty good profile... Very sad... Because of his intro-
verted personality he's been.most unpopular his . whole. life,
yet inside he's very, very warm personality. But because he
has concentrated on intelle pursuits as a.haven..those
who would like to be friendly with him are afraid to be.
And he's become more and more and more alone. Now he's reached
the age where he seems conspicuous if he goes alone to-any
place that..as a spectator. Feel conspicuous in most parts of
the world that he could visit or move. about in. Get the feeling
he's not married, not close to anyone.. Lives alone-except
when he works on all of the authors that he admires and knows
the way they.think and even. that is not new or exciting or
challenging any more... Would be an awkward man to establish

#07: contact with. He is inept and awkward and interface with
people is..his personality is almost apologetic, almost sub-
servient. And yet he knows he is...he's aware of his intel-
+29 lectual superiority to most of the people he contacts, but he
feels inferior... If someone... someone is.....god, what a view..
.,...... He will have to be approached..on an intellectual
plane, not relative to codes, but relative, but philosophical
discussions...philosophical discussions.
#66: What is it that he most desires that we could provide?...
#07: Someone who likes him for him and not what he can do. Someone
who can have stimulating, exciting..discussions.... Someone
who can give him access to the world that he..because of his
meek personality and awkward appearance, is just not comfort-
able in-parts of society. A person who can show attention
and provide access to these areas, I get the feeling that he
+33 would like very much to go to an opera but he's-too shy to go
alone. He feels that life is slipping by him-and all the
things he's accomplished, most of the things he's accomplished
are in his head. He's no longer sure that they are real.
He needs someone else to understand and confirm that he is
indeed brilliant. Someone to feed his own thoughts back to
him, so he can see them through someone else's eyes.
#66: Focusing now on his particular situation and encompassing his
entire personal life, what is it that he fears most?
#07: Being exploited..being used, being exploited... Death is not
a big threat to this gentleman. He's very inept on day-to-
day-politics. He's a very,.very honorable man. He would not
+35 take advantage of anyone...as others.do to him. I. get the
feeling that this other person has taken information he has
provided and manipulated it into a position of authority over
him..
#66: Provide a detailed physical description of this gentleman.
#07: I'm sorry, what?
#66: Provide a detailed physical description of this gentleman.
#07: It's hard to tell his height because he's so slim... glasses..
the hair seems lighter in tame rather than a brunette. It's
not particularly neat. A very poor dresser.. A little sloppy...
I'm having trouble with his eyes. I don't wanna try that.
#66: As you look at him-
#07: There's something unusual, uh, unusual, I think penetrating
about his eyes. Okay.
+38 #66: As you.look.at him ask yourself what is the most distinguishing
physical characteristic that I might use to identify this
gentleman?

#07: Well, I thought that was a dumb question because. I was
standing here lookin' at him. If.you put him out in a crowd
you're never gonna see him.. He has a knack of hanging back
and getting lost in.a crowd of. two. Maybe his retince
.+40 is one of the dominant things about him. I see no rings on
his fingers..gold watch on his arm.. The hair.on the back of
his hands I thought seemed unusually long for a person of
this, of this type of person... Type A personality, obviously.
#66: What is his name?
#07: I came out of the, I was tryin' that. He wouldn't tell me, so
I started looking around to see if I could see anything there.
and I saw it. It looks like it's got the letter SA and I
thought a U something. I'll try that one one more time and see
if I can make something out of it.
#66: I will wait.
#07: I'm sorry, I can't, can't work it out. But I got an indi-
cation of something like a mole on a left cheek. Long thin
face..oh, clean shaven, by the way. What else? Of course
he would be.
#66: Okay. I have no further questions.
#07: That's about it for me.
#66: Okay. Remembering everything that you have seen, and every-
SG1A thing that you have understood and known about the target
building and the individuals workirng Let's
prepare now to draw those perceptions you have had. ocus
your attention now back here on my voice in the room. Move
your arms, move your legs, and we can begin to draw.
#07: Okay, one drawing number one I show the, uh, entrance. I
don't know how this is oriented relative to.the photograph
that I looked at. But, uh, inside the entrance I felt there
was glass on each side of the, uh, door, in small panes, uh,
small pieces. It wasn't big picture window type thing. Came
into a large room.that had two doors on the right and one big
opening, kind of a arch like thing on the left and a big stair-
way to the left going up and to the right.
SG1A Uh, when I found I found it was upstairs some-
where, and I somehow or.other thought there might be at least
SG1A three stories, and I couldn't make up my mind whether the
was on the second or third dtory, but it was to the
left back. Uh, I noticed very vividly that two of the walls
were exterior walls. I don't know whether they were on a
corner of the building or whether they were fit into one of

#07: those notches or things so that a small end was one of the
outside walls.
A SG1A
Drawing number two I, uh, tried to depict
very long room with two doors. A lot of cabinets, which I
thought were mostly electronics of some kind along the walls
and some going crossways in the room as I've indicated on each
side of the thin man. The older woman was at a desk to the
left, which seemed like it was more for administration.than it
was for working, uh, with code. It seemed lacking in a lot of
extra sophisticated gquipment. There was a.younger person at
a desk in the back that, uh, kept flitting all over the place
doing. things that I couldn't figure out. And I've indicated
that by dots moving around to the older woman's.desk and the
thin man's desk and.around various pieces of equipment. The
position.of these cabinets or whatever, uh, is not exact.
It's.relative positions. Uh,.there was some pretty.strong
computers in the rooms.with- back over somewhere near the
younger person there was something that.was kickin' out one
heck of a lot of paper, computer printout type things. And
that's about it.. Most of the rest of the things that I encoun-
tered was personalities of people, tryin' to get close.
#66: Okay, now I asked you to examine these people that you per-
SG1A ceived.who worked in and determine. which one
might be the-most likely to approach to work-for us.. And you
worked on that a while and came up with one particular person.
Can you reiterate what went on during that period of time?
#07: I looked at all three and I started with the younger person,
whom I couldn't see while I was examining for some reason,
but I had an awareness of their personality. I then went to
the older woman, examined her very carefully. She seemed, uh,
rather_strong,.rather stubborn,. satisfied with where she was
and...very loyal to whom she was working for. Uh, the thin
man had no feelings of loyalty or disloyalty. He was, uh,
terribly lonely, very brilliant..shy, found himself unable to
join and enjoy things that a lot of people take for granted.
His interface with people was strictly on the professional
level. Uh, he felt that, uh, he was used, he was never asked
to join the group, uh, he was never included in conversations
unless someone wanted to know something, and then they would
pick his brain and move off and use the information. He felt
very much used. Very lonely man, and I had the feeling he had
no close human companionship. .1 say human, uh, I don't think
he had any companionship with anyone or anything that was close.
And yet. he wanted it very much. And that's why I felt he was..
vulnerable.
#66: Okay. Is there anything else that you'd like to add about this?
#07: No, except I had very strong feeling-that the person.chosen to
make the contact should be chosen very. carefully, relative to.
this type of personality, uh, because a. bond of trust is gonna

#07: have to be established. And the person's been used so often
that he'll be watching for any move and-interpreting it as
someone tryin to use him again. And a.friendship, a trust
is gonna have to be established. Gonna have to be someone
pretty smart. I felt very strongly about that.
#66: Okay.
#07: That was it.
#66: How do you feel about the session and your imagery?
#07: It musta.been good because I, uh..in many instances I became
aware that.I didn't,.I was confused, I didn'.t know where I
was.. I couldn't figure out where my body was. If that sounds
kinda strange- I didn't know I was here, I was there, and yet
I had a feeling that this isn't for real. Um, and I spent a
lot of time tryin' to find out where I was. Oh, yes, I knew
what I.was-looking at,.but it was like a dream, I was tryin'
to.figure out is this a dream or is this not a dream, and
usually when I feel that way it's a pretty good session.
#66: Okay. Anything else you'd like to add?
#07: No. I think that's it. Except I could do with better photo-
graphy, something like that is so distracting it's hard to
cool down.
#66: The, uh, Xerox picture you had to look at?
#07: Yeah. It looks like a white line outline someone has made of
some building.
#66: It certainly looks like we could get a better picture of that.
#07: To me it's distracting. I had trouble cooling down because of
that.
#66: Okay. What you're saying is you've seen such professional
photographs that this-
#07: No, that's not if, it's just that I found myself wondering-
did someone- and I can't help it, you know, I'm analytical.
I found myself wondering did someone take that bad photo and
draw- cause everything is dark- draw a white line so we could
see the shape of the building. Uh, I would either like to
see the building or not see the building, you know, give me a
blank-envelope. But this is so screwed up compared to.what
the building should look like that it disturbed me. I wondered
why .
#66: I understand. Okay, fine. Thank you much.
