REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-72
#66: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours,
11 June 1981.
And what follows is a pre-session. briefing to the remote
viewer. At this time I show you a photograph of the target
building in which we will be working this morning. As you
see we have an aerial photograph on the top, and a on-the-
ground frontal view on the bottom here. Our mission today
will be to go to this building, enter the building, and
describe specific areas and personnel inside the building.
When we start the session I will direct you to go to the
building in the photographs that I have shown you, and to
the inside. Once your perceptions become clear I will direct
you to a specific area in the building and explore that area
and the personnel that work in that area. At this time do
you have any questions pertaining to your job this morning?
#66: I do not know in what area of the world this building is
located. It is somewhat irrelevant to our problem since we
will be exploring the inside of this building in a specific
area inside.
#08: Okay.
#66: All right, you now have 25 minutes to prepare yourself for
this mornings session. Before you begin your preparation
I want to add that since neither you nor I know where this
building is in the world, we are going to work time windows
pertaining to the actual target location. We're going to
work two separate time windows-that will be 10:00 at the
target today, 11 June, and 3:00 in the afternoon at the
target today, 11 June. So as we start the session we'll
work 10:00 at the target, 10 a.m. in the morning at the
target, 11 June. Later in the session we'll move to 3:00
in the afternoon, 11 June. But these times will concern
time at the target, the actual time at the target. Any
questions?
#66: Prepare yourself then for todays session.

#66: Relax and concentrate now. Relax. Focus your attention
solely and completely on the building in the photograph I
have shown you. Perceive now the building. Perceive the
building in the photograph I have shown you. Focus, focus
now and describe the interior building to me.......
#08: Ah, two things are happening simultaneously...
+02 #66: Concentrate and report.
#08: The, uh..the, uh, the front door leads to a reception room
with a European..French Provincial type furniture, in a, uh,
reception room with a great deal of glitter and glass. The
oddity is that this room is for show and it is not used.
The other impression is of two wooden stairwells that each side
of the building that lead up to the second and the third floor.
And the, uh, the impression of the, uh, somewhat, uh, twin
wood stairwells is persistent...
#66: Focus on-
#08: I..
SG1A #66:
#66: Okay. Now I'm interested only in one area of this building.
#08: Which one?
#66: In one area of this building only. Focus now on 1100 hours,
focus now on 1100 hours...ll June 1981. Focus solely and
completely on that time period of 1100 hours, 11 June 1981.
And go directly to the area of.the Go directly
(Interviewer error: RVer told 1000 hrs previously)
+09 #08: I'm distracted by a meeting on the second room over the
reception room with two men in very dark suits. It's...that's
the third time this comes up. Has something to do with a
Czech..Czechoslavakian national. Gotta get that outta the
way if you want me to do anything else....

Okay....
#08: All of your, uh, okay. All of your, um, the electronic,
I've got to, just simply better trace it. I think your
electronic gear emanates from the roof through the roof
through the attic to a...to a room on the...it's on the
left side of the building. I think it's the second floor.
Facing the building I guess second floor. I see a very
dark... there's someone putting up curtains to, or had put
up curtains to stop, uh, any lighting from coming in.
+12 #66: Focusing solely and completely on 1100 hours 11 June. Describe
this room to me. Describe to me.
#08: It's.a room about .... much longer than it is wide.... Venture.
to say it's about eight..ten feet wide by 18 or 20 feet long.
And here there is a, uh....is a black console against a...
back wall... There is a shelf like table that extends from
the back wall to the left rear wall and to the front of the
room. It's half of the room is made up of this. Shelf, table....
There are normally not more than three people involved.
#66: What is it you experience that makes you say there are not
normally more than three people involved?
#08: Because the three bodies keep poppin' up in there. And again,
it's a Slavic language, or at least Slavic sounding.
#66: Okay. Tell me about the activity 1100 hours,
11 June 1981.
#08: There's one guy standing in a gray flannel suit near two guys...
+16 working on something and the guy in the flannel suit is waiting
for results.
#66: Describe the two guys working on something.......
+18 #08: One guy's about 5' 7", 5' 8", bushy, curly hair, moustache,
dark suit, or dark something... The other guy is,. uh, about
the same height as that except his hair is thinner brown,
silkier hair with somewhat of a pronounced nose.. That dark
guy, I think he's got a moustache.
#66: Okay. Now, holding your focus on this room let's move
+19 momentarily now to 1500 hours, 3:00 in the afternoon, 1500
hours, 3:00 in the afternoon, this afternoon, 11 June. Move
forward through time now to 3:00 in the afternoon. Describe
the activity
#08: Very distinct impression is one guy.left..some reason.
Whatever the problem was it's resolved..or the answers have
been received.

#08: It has something to do with an..with an alert to implement
...a certain.activity from amongst..select..groups within
the, uh, populace... In order to stem the tide of or
control....the situation..as opposed to...a more drastic or
dramatic action of..I don't know.........
#66: Describe personnel working
11 June.
1500 hours,
#08: Yeah, the two guys have left. It's just the guy with the
moustache is left and heavy full, black, wavy hair.
#66: Okay. I want you to move closer now to this one individual.
Move closer.now to the one with the bushy hair and the
heavy moustache. Closer,. closer and closer. Spend some time
now with him... Assess him for me.
#08: He's a technician, he has nothing to do with the policy or
decisions. He receives and transmits. And the most he's
involved in is..editing or preparing of transcripts or some-
thing. He's not involved, not involved in the, uh..manage-
ment or the-the activity which is prompted by an outside
source and implemented by these individuals. He's, uh,
again I think, uh, more of a technician. If you want to the,
uh, well that's about it...
#66: I didn't understand your last comment.
#08: I said that's it, he's just a technician. Although he's
not completely limited to that. His main function is that
he has a technical expertise to operate this.
#66: Move closer to him and describe how he feels about his job......
#08: If you wanna buy him you can buy him.
#66: Describe the experience to me that you have had that
makes you come out with this comment.
#08: 'Cause that's the way it is. You can buy him. He can be
bought.
#66: And what is it that makes you say this? The raw data which
makes you say this.
#08: Because that's the way he is. Right now he can be bought....
#66: How might one approach him to best employ him?
#08: It's gonna have to be a proposition of money secured in
some other area that he knows that it will be there.
And you'll have him for a week and be bought.

#66: Explore this bushy haired, heavy moustached individual
once again.
#08: I'm right there.
#66: Good. Stay with him now and work with him now closer
+29 and closer. Other than money, other than money what
motivational enticements can be employed?
#08: His ideological conviction is not that strong.
He's also,. uh.....he has a, just a taste for a fine life and
he's willing to compromise to get it.
#66: All right, fine. Take a few minutes now to bid this
gentleman goodbye.
#08: Yeah, let me add something here.
#66: Yes? I will wait...
#08: I think he was married, but he is no longer married and
therefore he feels unattached. Whatever-attachment he had
does not exist right now. That is also a contributing
factor. That's not one of despair, it's just one of oppor-
tunity.
#66: I understand.
#08: That's it. That's-
#66: All right. Take a few minutes now to bid this gentleman
goodbye, and as you do turn now back through time,-as you
bid him goodbye, turn. back through time to 1100 hours,
11 June. And let's address now the gentleman with the silky
brown hair.
+32 #08: Yeah... He's a, he's a climber within the system..be more
difficult to get to him...
#66: Move closer now to the man with the silky brown hair.
#08: Yeah, go ahead, I got him.
#66: Okay. Move even closer now. Tell me about his job, about
how he feels....
#08: He's, uh, he's next in line for the top position and he's
got about.one or two years to.do it in, or he will get it
within that period of time, even much, much less than two
years probably. A question.. of a year or. less. That kind
would cap his. career, whatever that may be. 'Cause I get
the distinct impression he's working for a somewhat gray
haired man, who's either gonna reture or go on to better
things. And he's the logical choice. It's greased,. he's
going in. I perceive him in his..between forty-five and

+34 #08: 50 years old, someplace around in there..
#66: All right. Working now with him describe your assessment
of him.
#08: For what?...
#66: I didn't understand.
#08: Assessment for what? For recruitment?
#66: Yes.
#08: I seriously doubt it. He's not hard hard core, but he's
got too many years invested and he's on his way up.
#66: All right. I have no further questions concerning the
target area and the activity and the people who work in
the target area. I would like, however, for you to
return your perceptions to the individual with the bushy
hair and dark moustache.
#08: Yeah, go ahead.
#66: It's necessary now to be able to identify this individual.
Spend some time now without reporting to me examining
physical identifiable characteristics, his name, his
personal life. Examine this without reporting to me so
that later you might tell me how we can identify this
individual. Do so now.
#08: I wanna give you some quick impressions then I'll stop.
He's about-between 32 and 36. He's got, uh, uh, some
kind of a very birthmark under the..on the left side of
his, left side of his face underneath the moustache.
He lives in a apartment on the-what they consider the
first floor, but it's the second floor. It has to do
something with the number l0A or 110A. The important
thing is that he surfaces at, uh, parties, and even
diplomatic parties where he sorta moonlights as a..I'm
not sure, it's not bartending, but.his presense there.
It's.not a waiter but he fulfills a function of overseeing,
or managing the activities there.
#66: All right, let's prepare now to draw the perceptions you
have had. So focus your attention now on the sound of
my voice, on the-room. Move your arms, move your legs,
take a few deep breaths, remembering everything that.you
have perceived. Let's draw then the perceptions you
have had.

#66: Okay, in the first drawing here I've asked you to
draw an overview of what you consider the entranceway
area, or.where you first perceived the inside of this
building.
#08: Yeah.. I came smack into the middle from the front of
the building into this.very adorned, showy room with, uh,
almost French Provincial type furniture. Very, uh, I
also. got the impression that.the room wasn't used very
much. Like almost never. But it was just there, like in
case, whatever. But it wasn't used. Then my attention
was really taken by these two stairwells. This is inade-
quate on the drawing because it doesn't represent the
real disposition of the stairwells. But there were like
twin stairwells, there were, uh, on either side of the building
again, facing the front, they go through, they start from
first floor, work themselves up to the second floor and
all the way up to the attic. Then the third impression
was the austere room. I couldn't understand that, because
it was so, so much in contrast with the showy, adorned
reception room. It was..furniture was barely adequate,
like a couple of small coffee like tables and a few chairs.
And the windows were particularly austere in the sense
that there was no drapery or something, there was just
minimal covering. Looked as if it were used as a meeting
room. Whatever it was.
And then my attention was diverted to the right portion
of the building on the first floor, which seemed to be
a combination kitchen/maintenance area, with maintenance
area being next to the stairwell and blocked off. And
the kitchen, uh, area starting about three quarters of
the way down and sort of curving behind the building
someplace. And I lost track of it there.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay. Anything else? Oh,. there were two rear entrances
too. I didn't, I wanted to mention that on tape a couple
times and some reasons it came up a couple times and I
just couldn't say it. I was- my attention was distracted
by something else. But I got the impression there were
two rear entrances that were much used, by the way, as
opposed to the front of this chateau type building.
#66: I then asked you to, uh, focus on one particular area
n this building. Tell me about
your experience there and what you rendered in drawing
two.
#08: Yeah, well, I started with the antennas and electronic
gear from the roof and I kinds worked down and I got
confused. I wasn't sure whether- in fact, I'm still
not completely sure whether it was on the third floor or

#08: on the second floor. But the weird thing about the
was that it was in the left upper portion of
the building, probably the second floor. And it was
much longer than it was wide.
#66: And is it towards the front of the building or towards
the rear of the building?
#08: I.think it's towards the rear of building, but there's no
way in hell to tell.because they had, uh, they had very
little light. It was as if there was very little light
coming into the room, once you were into the room and
you didn't know whether it was the front or rear. I get
the distinct impression that it was in the rear but I
don't, not sure.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay. And the-
#66: Now in drawing three you've drawn the actual room itself,
a floor diagram of the actual room itself.
#08: Yeah. Uhl a couple of peculiarities, like I say, it was
about eight to ten feet wide on a guesstimate, and maybe
18 to 20 long. And this is facing the room from the
front of the building. But I still think it might, it's
somewhat to the rear if not all the way to the rear.
Somewhat to the rear of the building, from the center to
the rear. And, uh, there was one big- oh, there was a
shelf type table that ran from the rear of the room
almost to, all the way up to the front of the room.
And it was as if it were, uh, going around half the room
with this shelf type table. And for some reason my
attention was drawn to a black console which was just
there, the guy wasn't operating it or anything. It was
just there. In fact,'he seemed to be more involved and
active towards this in here. And I don't know why.
There a few apparatus here, and it seemed
#66: That's on the bench area?
#08: Yeah, on the bench area. And that's what he seemed to
be working on.
#66: Okay.
#08: But I couldn't tell. Just didn't seem to be that much
equipment there.
#66: This is your bushy haired-
#08: Yeah, he was the technician, the specialist or techni-
cian. Like he- the other two were waiting for him to
8

#08: receive, or to forward, to encrypt, transmit, and then
received.
#66: Okay.
#08: Okay, and he was reporting to the man with the silky
brown hair and somewhat pronounced nose, who was the
second in command or the assistant to a very stately,
dignified looking man in his, uh, I would say late 50's.
Who seemed to be coming in and out of the room from
another office.
#66: Okay. Now, uh, from what you told me about this bushy
haired man where I had you kinda concentrate on a couple
people here, and this bushy haired man who appears to
work here that you call a technician.
Uh, I asked you to get close to him and you seemed to
feel like, uh, he could be, in your words, bought. And
I wasn't too sure, uh--
#08: He would work for money if you could get to him.
#66: Okay. Tell me, uh, tell me again what you remember about
this bushy haired man.
#08: Oh, uh, well physically I saw him as about 5' 8", maybe
5' 9". Uh, from.a build point of view he was medium,
and not stocky but a shade over medium, with a black
moustache and a full hair of, uh, wavy black hair. And
he did have a mole or something that's not too percept&bie
because it's at the tail end of his moustache on his
left portion of his face beneath his nose. And then I
got.all kinds of weird impressions about him living in
an apartment with the numbers 10A or llOA, which would
be-what they would label the first floor, but what we
would consider the second floor. And then, uh, I think
I described his type of moonlighting role at official
type parties and receptions. I was trying to pinpoint
an area that he frequented, a bar or something but I
couldn't come up with it.
#66: How is he dressed?
#08: Uh, he was, it wasn't a suit, it was a dark, dark
clothes, nothing flashy, like, uh, almost like a black
pullover and a turtleneck and stuff. Whereas the,.uh,
man with the brown silky hair was, definitely had a..
uh, a jacket, whatever I described at that time. Brown,
light tweed or something, who reported to the stately
gray haired man who was, had a business suit on.
#66: Okay. This bushy haired man you talked about is, uh,
money, you thought that he could be bought for money.

#66: What is it that made you say that? What was the exper-
ience you had that really made you feel that-
#08: Because he wants to, he's amenable to it, 'cause he's
at a point in his life where he's in his mid thirties,
maybe late thirties, and it's as if he's already lived
a life and he's starting fresh in another direction
and he's reevaluated everything that he's done. And
he would, in my mind, be amenable.
#66: Okay.
#08: There's a woman involved, or a family, that he once had
or has, but he's very, uh, quite removed from emotional
attachments with them, at least mentally he is.
#66: Okay. I hear you making a lot of statements which are
conclusive in nature and I'm interested in the perceptions
that you had that makes you draw these conclusions.
#08: Only because you put me close to him and you said get
close to him and that's what comes out.
#66: All right. What is his name?
#08: I was tryin' to make it out, and it sounds too far-
fetched to almost mention. But it's something like about
Bran, Ebranavitch or Ebranavitch or something and that's
all I could get.
#66: Okay.
#08: Don't ask me to spell it....
#66: I asked you about other motivations other than money.
#08: Yeah, uh, I can only describe that's he's come to a
point in his life where he's drawn the line and he wants
something else. And there's a little bit of ambition
to be- other than the technician- to be, uh, like re-
settlement in, eventually in another country and a nest
egg in another country, to start a completely.new life.
And it's not complete to satisfaction with what he's
doing, but I'm sure that if he had the opportunity that
he would go the other way. Ideologically he's not that
convinced, he's not a trader by any means, but he's not
hardfast in his ideological convictions.
#66: Okay. And in reviewing your mind the session you've
had this morning- is there anything else you'd like to
comment on regarding your perceptions of this individual
or of the total session?

#08: No, I got a hell of a lot more than what I bargained
for. That's my overall impression.
#66: Do I understand you to say that there was a lot of
information available that you didn't think you were
after?
#08: Yes.
#66: Okay. How do you feel-
#08: It just flowed.
#66: How do you feel about the session itself?
#08: It was great for me. I don't know about the information.
#66: It was easy, easily obtained for you?
#08: Yeah, in fact I had to stop the flow and stem the
flow so that I could concentrate on issues as they came.
#66: Okay. Okay, fine.
#08: It's only in the latter part of the session when I was
pushing it to find additional information on his personal
habits and habitat that I had a little effort to be made.
#66: Okay. Anything else you'd like to add then?
#08: No.
#66: Okay, fine.
