P96-00788R000600570001-4 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-35 #66: This will be a remote viewing session for 1330 hours, 29 April 1981. Focus now. Focus and concentrate on your target for this afternoon: SG1A Focus now solely and completely on your target. Focus now, +02 focus, and describe the target area to me. #31: Series of irregular white bumps..a left an- a right angle. Feeling...a parking place in the trees, where chips and pine boughs were. But then, uh, it was like in a bigger part. Large swath, a "X".... #66: Focus and describe the terrain in the target area. #31: I'm, uh...some terrain feature that swings away from me and it's low to the skyline like a shoreline. Swings way around real quick, like I was looking at a crescent. Low coast- line...... #66: Go on......... +06 #31: Feeling of pine trees around. It's essentially a coastal flat type area. There's water here. My feeling of a curved thing had water on the t and low pine tree?, scrub pine tree along the left, along the seashore. #66: Now focus on the target of interest itself, solely and com- pletely on the target interest itself. And as you focus describe its relative position in the.terrain you have per- ceived.... +08 #31: Standing in under something that's like a "Y" shape. Feel like it's overhead. It's like a, uh, winged vane of some kind. Something up there is metallic over my head. It's a... it's thin, metallic, light metal. Feeling is, uh, that, um, +09 some sort of funny installation. Smacks and threads of a... testing, a test site or something on the seashore. But low level, military feeling, like a...or sort of a... The looks of things that reminiscent of, uh, training days. But the feeling is there's a, uh, treed, round and, uh, knob like. Sort of a land form along the edge of a water area. And feeling of where the "X" was is on the left side at the root of the knob where it came away from the, the main land part. Sort of on the left side of the knob that projects into the water. Gonna go. back to my metal feeling. As you do, describe..for me the level of activity at the exact target site, the level of activity. It is normal..... I made three little signs. The normal sign blinked. The other two were abnormal high and abnormal low. Feeling of a "Y" shaped. overhead linear string or... strings and wires, wires running in parallel formations that are long "Y". The feeling is that the bottom of the "Y"..the "Y" is pointed away from the water in a inland direction. Sort of off tb the right from the slope of the coastline. This thing is overhead here, like.went under these runners or stringers. But then I'm getting this feeling of enclosed area somewhere nearby that I like almost get into and then I'm back with this overhead feeling...... #66: I'm not clear as to whether or not you perceive activity around you in the target area........... #31: I'm in a..... Very little is happening around me. I can't +16 see anybody. There's nothing going on around me. I'm, uh, have my feet in a sort of primitive, uh, sub...quality park- ing lot outlined by red, white stones. Either gravel or just wood chips. And, uh, there's nobody around me. To the, uh, feeling that to the right of me is a..overhead thing off through the woods, but not far, I can see it. I'm getting a feeling of like a, uh..range-side set of..a range-side training area +17 like in Fort Benning, where there's, they've used logs and things from the forest, set up parking areas and..that type of feeling out here...... #66: I believe you mentioned earlier a structure in conjunction with the overhead.. #31: I'm looking at that now. #66: All right. Proceed..... #31: I don't pick up any windows. I. looks like it's about a single story, uh, small cement bunker block house. It's, uh, got some trees around it and..set back from this funny park- ing area. Got a, uh... It's some sort of a connection to the overhead stringer things, like they monitor that here, they watch that here. They oversee that here, but feeling is the-basically a cold, hard, poured concrete basement feeling..cellar feeling. And the level of activity inside? It's essentially abandoned, uh, not much going on, like much more room than is needed. And there are much open spaces and empty building area. One flitting feeling of several posi- tions, some sort of high seated chairs, like a telephone oper- ator sits at on the right side somewhere. But other than that all bare. Another aspect of a elongated metal roof, as though there may be a part of this building or another one that is a peaked roof type that has a metal roof, like a sheet metal roof, metal girders inside it. It too is empty.. Okay. Bare, barren, not empty but barren..... I have no further questions now about the target site, but I would like to give you the opportunity to explore on your own and comment as you see fit ................ I'm out and away... There's a...things which protrude up above the trees..the same general area. I'm getting the feeling as though there might be construction going on. Big rigs and stuff. Funny things there, like a..things that I hadn't thought would belong before..things.I hadn't seen before. But I don't think it's totally, uh, may have to do with this place. But it's a little ways different from the look of it over the trees. It's like construction crane and things there, one or two. They stick up over the trees. #66: Move over to this area and tell me more about it. +28 #31: Some sort of large....I wanna say that they-series of five or six vertical poles, maybe five to eight stories high. They're going in..they're going in in a row, like a fan. And I'm seeing it in two dimension,. I think it's two dimensional, essentially. But at the base of the thing is where that "Y" is that I was looking at. On top of it and it's way below. I feel like it's sort of a large screen. Could be the side of a large building, but I think it's more like a screen, it's two dimensional. It's tall and wide and thin. Approved For Release 2000/0 - 07888000600570001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : LTAAM9rjJD1788R000600570001-4 #66: The present activity? PAUSE #31: It's, uh, see no activity. It's like I'm seeing it in a state of suspended animation. I get the feeling that, uh... this construction is.....like it's going on, but for some reason it's not going on today. But, uh, over in that area seems a little clearer and torn up and some of these snub- nosed..stub-nosed trucks, MAZ-type trucks. I guess they are. Really squash nosed and, uh, like they're in a suspended ani- mation. Not seeing them move or anything. But like it's in a hurry to be gotten done, but it's an official hurry, it's not a crash project hurry. Things were proceeding a pace, on schedule there's no reason for panic or anything. And some sort of relationship like this large screen was a replacement for the small "Y" thing on the ground that was like being upgraded or something. Some sort of a little earlier capabil- ity and now, as though they discovered a new thing and now they are trying to make the most of it by building this big screen thing... #66: Okay. #31: Sort of like if it was signals they were interested in they discovered a new source of signal and wanted to make the best of it. #66: Okay. Remembering clearly now everything, everything that you've seen, the terrain,. the objects, remembering everything that you've seen, move your arms, move your legs, focus your attention on my voice here in the room, and let's draw the perceptions that you have had at this time. #31: Well, sketch one is one portion of the target area. It's the first portion that I saw in the session. It's this woodsy feeling of like an outdoor training area amongst the trees. Part of it, I mean it's not, it's not a, it's not a feeling like it's a training area, it's a feeling as though it-looks like what a training area. of Fort Benning, Georgia would look like. That type of thing. Um, long pine needles, short, dwarf p*pe type trees and you know what it was like. OCS and ROTC camps and all that kinda stuff out there. Uh, two has a, is like a water side, uh, horizontal shot at the horizon. When I went off the peninsular feature, which I've drawn in the overview, when I went off that I looked back in- that's the first time I began to see something projecting up. I think it's all part of the same site or whatever, but it's just. that I didn't see it before. It was like over around behind a building and. a couple hundred meters away. At the base of these vertical projectiles is where I saw several of the MAZ type dump, uh, engineer type trucks. The overview is a overview showing the general area on the peninsula where this thing is. This is essentially turned around behind and looking towards this block house idea. The block house is associated with the funny "Y" shaped thing, and they're related. Like the "Y" shaped thing is some weird antenna or something. Horizontal, above head height. And I couldn't tell, I quite frankly, I could not tell if I was, if it was solid, like an awning, or if it was hollow like wires, like clothesline would be. Many, many asp- many, many parallel clotheslines. And it was "Y" shaped, and there's this really ridiculous looking sketch in the corner over there showing that. Several buildings, essen- tially abandoned. Uh, unused, like an old site. But then the long vertical things over in the corner are new things. Like they're just adding on to this old, previously abandoned or low level usage site. Sketch four is a very poor rendition of this overhead wires, or sheet metal ribbing in a "Y" shape. Okay. That's from the ground looking up. And then you can, I- in sketch five I've labeled that over- head "Y" thing "the thing" in sketch five. Which shows a general overview of the facility as I saw it clustered amongst the trees. #66: Okay. Um.. #31: Tower. #66: Okay, and- #31: Now these towers are what I was feeling, these towers are what I thought was going to be turned into this paddle, uh, screen. Okay? I don't know if it is a screen now, or if it is going to be turned into a screen. And that feeling was that it had something to do with the site, like it was to augment it and upgrade the capability of the whole place. #66: All right... #31: And the thing on the ground is the old level of capability of the place. They decided that that "Y" shaped thing was not good enough any more and so they decided to build a new thing, which is this vertical thing:. #66: Okay. #31: That's all I have. #66: Okay, I have one question which, uh, didn't- was not appro- priate to ask you during the session. And I would like you now, just in your mind, to capture the concept that you had of the session and the things that were going on around you. Um..and I'll simply say two words- military or civilian?... Approved For Release 2000/Q E gOW- 0788R000600570001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/1 00788R000600570001-4 #31: I don't know. The MAZ type trucks gave me a flavor of military, and the whole thing through it was a military area, like I was on some obscure corner of a military train- ing area... But the nature of the construction is not mili- tary so much. There's a military flavor about it, but I can't say--the buildings are not olive drab. You know, they're not made out of sand bags, they don't have double burster layers and that type of thing. But the flavor of being out in.a under the woods, and this very impromptu parking lot feeling or crushed.chips and logs painted white and things like that- that gives it the military flavor. And I don't, I- the equipment, the thing I call "the thing" and the paddle type thing, the screen thing, um, I have no feeling for at all if those are military or civilian. #66: Okay. And then the, the activity itself, which in this case might be construction, that's what you talked about, we might call- #31: Yeah, mostly construction. But like there's an on-going thing in that little bunker building, but it's only like one or two guys. One or two people. #66: Okay. And again addressing activity- military or civilian?.... #31: Uh, I'd have to call it an esoteric military. #66: Okay, fine. #31: It's not your local engineer battalion doing this thing. It's some special, special engineer outfit. Special equip- ment, special materials and that type of thing. #66: Okay. #31: Esoteric or non-standard. #66: What level of confidence do you have in the imagery? How do you feel about the session? #31: Uh, I feel good about the session, but the thing that really blows my mind is the very, very, uh, vague, I won't say vague, it's not right- but the very, very puzzling aspects about that horizontal thing and the paddle and the construction, the incompleteness or feeling that-uncertainty as to what I was I was looking at. You know, usually if you look at a build- ing you can recognize that that's some sort of a funny struc- ture, like a building. This is like, I don't know what that is but it looks like this. #66: Okay. #31: So there's that sort of hesitancy. But other than that I feel pretty good about it. I had a good cool-down...
