This will be a pre-session briefing to the remote viewer. Todays target will,be designated by geographic coordinates. Your job will be to describe the target at the geographic coordinate and respond to questions about the target, which I will have for you. We will be working in the present time. Do you have any questions before you prepare for this session? #66: All right. You now have 25 minutes to prepare youself for this morning's session. 0900 +03 #08: +05 #66: +06 #08: #08: Relax now. Relax and focus your attention solely and completely: SG1A Focus on the target area and describe the target to me. I see very, uh.....very, uh...dark, uh....dark, uh, barren... mountains... And, uh, it's a quite, uh, cold area. What, uh, seems to be,,uh, drawing my attention. There's a...an area between those two mountains... This is from an overview per- ception.. And the actual target itself? It's.... there's a...there's a........ there's a circular metal disk .... an the, uh.........on the left center portion of a... of an area between those mountains.... This, uh....... this, uh, huge disk is somehow connected to a... a tower. I wanna say it's a kind of a...a tracking station for.......... sigrials.. . Describe the experience to me..... #08: Like a postcard picture of the tower in the right hand corner and the disk on the bottom. Big flat disk sending, if you would, to make a schematic, waves, Half moon, little waves up into the sky and up to space... #66: Go on. #08: The notion of a track moon ..... of a tracking-of a tracking station-popped up, uh...about three times now. #66: And describe the notion to me..... #08: Just this huge disk, like flat..in the ground... tracking something, or somethings... (Mumble)..I wanna have to say that they're all up in space but I'm reluctant to say it. #66: Okay. Focusing now on, specifically on the target at 42 degrees, 16 minutes north- #08: There's something I'm experiencing here that, uh.. +12 108: I- this is the first time I'm looking at...I'm looking at this from a...from an angle. I'm, uh....it's as if I'm over some- place else and I'm looking at this at...(mumbling) it's a 45 degree. It's. as if I can't...can't get over it. #66: Well, describe what is directly underneath you then. +16 #08: The only thing I get there is something about...about a tempor- ary type, uh..temporary metal type, uh....storage facility. My predominant impression is of a..temporary metal warehouse type facility. The, the, uh, the impression of, uh, high, uh, barren mountains just hasn't left me. It stayed with me the entire time. #66: Okay. I want to read the coordinates to you again and see to which area you are drawn when I read the exact coordinates. And then focus on the activity at the target and describe the activity to me. Listen carefully now. SG1A Describe the activity at the target. #08: Okay.......... It's as if I were an ant looking at a huge, huge vehicle, huge. The impression of a lot of light, lot of reflecting light. It's as if you were taking a picture against the sun......... I can't get anything else. #66: Change you perspective and move not so close, but move up over the actual target and describe the activity to me. From above, look down and describe the activity. #08: It's as if it were a huge, uh, forge. Or like a...a steel +23 plant were the fires are very, very bright and glary. And kinda seems that it had to do with the construction of this very glary thing, this huge..glary thing..... #08: It's a...I can't make out what it is but I know that it's very, very shiny surface..glary, reflecting, shiny surface. It's, uh, it's also... it's also..round.... and long. +25 #66: Change your focus now and describe the individuals involved in this activity. #08: Two things happening. The, uh, they': re nter.reldted. The one +27 with the steel work and the black glasses and the flash furnace. And the...the, uh, like the..uh, program manager. Maybe it's symbolic. , Looks like a..a representative of some navy or something 'cause he's wearing like a dark blue suit uniform and a white braided hat. #66: All right.. I have no further questions about the target. But I would like to provide you the opportunity now to explore the target on your own and comment as;;you see fit. #08: Yeah, I'll take three minutes. #66: I will wait. #08: Okay, I have nothing further. #66: Remembering cleary now everything that you've seen let's prepare to draw the perceptions you've had concerning the target. Approved For Release - - -00788R000600560001-5 Approved For Release 200 88000600560001-5 #08: Oh, okay. What caught my attention during the initial portion of the session was that I was over an area and looking at about 45 degrees from an overview perspective. That would put me over :-:site "X", but looking at .site "Y". And what brought my attention was site "Y" which is a rectangular area, uh, located in. between two mountains in a very, somewhat cool, if not cold, barren, high, mountainous area. And this site "Y" was between those two mountains and my attention was brought by what I thought might have been a storage tank of sorts or a disk. And the more I looked into that one I kept getting the impression of singles, uh, coming and leaving this dish into the atmosphere. And this dish was connected to a tower. Uh, then I realized that I couldn't get over site "Y" for some reason, I kept straining to look at a 45 degree angle from where I was. And that seemed weird. #66: What was the terrain like? #08: Oh, very, uh, very mountainous, very barren, very dark, very black, with maybe whitish peaks, and I'm sure it's very damn cold. #66: Okay. #08: Okay. Now when you, uh, directed me to look directly under me, as opposed to the 45 degree angle from where I was. And I was trying to get over this thing. And I- it's as if I couldn't move. Something would not let me move. So I looked directly underneath me. And this is where I found site "X", which is also- in fact, it's not that far away in the overall grid per- spective, from site "Y". And it's right- it's in a mountainous area, and the terrain features that I saw there was a dry gulch running between site "X" and a very precipitous and high moun- tain area to the left. Okay? #08: This was site "X". And when I concentrated and waited for.. for something at site "X" the- #66: This is when I read you the coordinates you seem to get imagery more about what you call site"X"?, #08: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And what I first got..after you read those coordinates was the impression of being a little ant in the presence of a huge vehicle. And there was like false sunlight, as if there were a glare, uh, an.artificial glare. Uh, something that would happen if you faced the sun with the camera and you took a picture, you get this type of glare which, it's almost difficult, if not impossible, to distinguish what the heck you're looking at. But it was terribly glary. And, uh, when I moved up to get a different perspective then I got impressions first of all that there were blast furnaces into a, in the left portion of this, this site "X". And that the whole purpose Approved For Release 20 888000600560001-5 Approved For Release 200Ci1 6-00788R000600560001-5 #08: was to, had something to do with, correlated with this huge, shiny, gleaming vehicle that was under construction. And the best I could make out was that it was..huge, not completely circular, but tubular, and, uh, one had to do with the other. In fact, in the same, in the same- #66: And when I asked you about personnel? #08: When you asked me about personnel only two impressions came up. One was a guy with dark glasses working into a glass furnace, and then an overseer impression of a man in a blue-black serge suit with a white hat and braid, which I interpreted that to mean a navy program type manager. And that was the end of the, was the end of the impressions. #66: Okay. Anything you'd like to add? Or how you feel about the session? Or- #08: No, I, uh, I was trying to, uh, change my perspective to give you more details. I wanted to recognize or identify the object in question. I'm sure that is the target maybe. And, uh, I wanted to determine if we were talking about a submarine or, uh, a space vehicle or a missile. And I couldn't maybe, because it's not that far advanced. I simply couldn't. I saw wheels, I saw the false glare, false glare, the glare. Entire place is glary, light brownish, like an old movie. And I couldn't identify the vehicle in question. #66: Okay. But you do think it's a vehicle? #08: Oh, yeah, yeah. It's gonna be one hell of a vehicle. #66: Okay. See anything else? #08: No. Approved For Release 20 8 I - 96-00788R000600560001-5 Approved For Release 200D/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 ADDrovvd Fbt Reti a 2000/08/(WT : CIA-RDP96-007 f t Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000600560001-5 Approved For Release 20j / P96-00788R000600560001-5 TARGET CUING INFORMATION REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-30 1.
