1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information.
2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
as raw intelligence data, and as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the

today is to focus on I want you to focus,
concentrate and focus on want you to locate SG1A
nd briefly describe his present surroundings.
+04 #08: He's a....he's wearing a long, gray overcoat. There is no
snow, but it's very cold weather. He's ah, in a city area.
There's a distinct impression it's....not where he lives.
#14: All right. I want ytiou now to focus, focus very intently and

Describe his personality.

#08: I get the distinct impression that ah...... a man out of town
attending a meeting..... It's the, ah...adult and he's

#08: He, ah.....I'll give you the impressions as they come. I
don't know. Okay. He's .... I.guess what ..... you would describe
psychologically as the nervous character and somewhat
introvert, hard working functioning, extremely reliable,
honest individual who..... whose opinions are....... normally
respected.and highly regarded 'cause they're deeply thought
out, and arrived at logically and unemotionally. He's got
a distinct...... and strong regard for, for friend-or money
.......and he's .....a very hard worker...... and a type of
objective thinker that a high function area loves to have
around. He's the worker, the researcher, the..... ponderer,
if you wish. I think what you're looking for......has to do
with loyalty; well.........he is extremely loyal to his
country and to his people, no t necessarily the Soviet Union.
But one is correlated with the other........'be a tough nut
to :......crack if you're looking for a weakness in him......

would take......... yeah! It would take something that would
threaten his......... country, his security, his personal
wealth.

a possible approach by US Intelligence?

loyalty would be disturbed by the.....by.the Soviets. Other

very difficult to contact this man because of his patriotism
and nationalism..... Is what you're saying is the only way
to approach and contact this man is through his nationalistic
views and pride?

loyalty...... The So iets...is tolerated because it is,
and he doesn't even think it's that bad. But, should it
disturb those other values, then you've got a handle,
otherwise, you don' t. I guess..................

#1 Okay. All right #08, the mission for today was specifically
G1A to focus on personality, which we've done in the
past. I suppose they wanted to know if there was anything
else we could add to determine if this individual could be
contacted for possible approach by U.S. Intelligence. I
believe that this is something that came up in one of your
previous sessions.
#08: I don't know if it.came up in particularly that light, but
if I were to draw a psychological block and look for a handle
which is what we're looking for really, you have the box of
family in tact, the box of loyalty and job in tact, and
loyalty to the country in tact. Ah....this man is completely
content. You don't have a handle. He's not approachable
under those conditions; however, the only, you know, you
don't need a.viewer.to tell you that ..... if throughout outside,
through an outside act he would interpret a Soviet thrust
against his country which would threaten those three values,
his family, his loyalty and the other value.........

#08: ......and his country. Then you have something, and the obvious
thing, really, is to establish, which would be quite difficult
because I don't think he makes the cocktail circle. You won't
have the State Department type of circus. I'm sure you can

#08: ...find a way to plant a seed, and that is that just a sort
of a point of contact let him know that you exist, that a person
exists so that if any of these three.boxes are shattered in
the future you've already given him a way to come back to you.
Because this, this man would go haywire if.any of those
three boxes shattered. Uh...he would go bananas because you
have ruined his entire life. That's the only way I can
think of to get to him, and probably be quite long-range.
I'll. tell you what. If you do get him, he'd be very, very
worthwhile because he's a very serious individual who works
out of conviction. He can work for you as hard, and as
meanie fully as he does fo r his own government right now.
