S G1B Focus on ...and describe your
perceptions to me.
#07: I....I've got a close-up of.a...pencil writing on paper...
notepad.. The angle...a leftie....
+04 #07: Tried to read it..but this..have this...other scene interrupted...
I can talk about that later but I, I'll go back and try to

#07: Doesn't like heights... Got image of...looked like a,
a park to honor someone... circular with, circular masonry
with tall, round masonry tower with statue. I was getting
close-up of that from very close to statue. All of a sudden
zooms straight up several hundred feet very fast. Could see
whole.park and city round, but I don't like this damned
altitude. SG1 B SG1 B SG1 B
#66: Let's focus now on , focus now on
S G1B focus on now,.and remember to describe
your experience to me and. not your conclusions. Remember
SG1 B now, - Tell me about-
#07: My experience is...I over an area with trees and statues.
I can see buildings over there...
SG1 B
#66: Think now only of
+10 #07: Headquarters............ Yeah, it's the headquarters. building.
Office scene ..... dark interior,; predominantly brown....
At desk alone.....
SG1 B #66:
SG1 B
Now, now relax.and focus. Now that we have him, relax and
focus on Focus now, relax and focus on him.
Focus . That's better.. Now tell me about - S G1B
#07: It It I've got a...some writing, wall staring, doodles...
tryin' to...trying to pin concepts together.. It's easier..
everybody'.s gone... There's three.people outside this office
that-impatient for him to leave...
#66: Focus on SG 1 B
#07: He is....keeps looking up at it.....some kind of board on a
tri-pod over there...
#66: While he's involved in his present activity, while he is
involved in his present activity, move even closer.to =
S G1B and deal with him in a more direct manner. Have
SG 1 B explain his job to you, not his present
activity, but his job to you.
#07: Okay, I'm gonna try.~..establish contact.
+15 #66: I will wait.
SG1 B
#07: Okay I...check in. Uh, I'm having trouble because I ,told
him that I could help him if he'd just explain it to me.
Help him get over this rough spot. But imagery keeps flying
at me every time I ask him and...I pursue it, thinking.that's
what he's trying to tell me. And I...getting confused.

#07: I come back to ask him again.and I..fly off on another
tangent. I gotta get closer.
+18 #66: Tell him of your experience, and ask him to explain in a way
that you can understand.
#07: Let me get rid of this. Maybe I can get rid of it.
Repeatedly I get this scene of rushing. through the inside of
the curving tube of.unknown dimensions. It curves to the
right and the left.and.up and down and I feel like I'm moving
through it very fast and banking`as the turn goes to the .
right or left. Like a high-speed roller coaster inside of a
tube. I keep throwing it out as garbage and it keeps coming
back and last concept of that was..he was trying to lead:- me
literally through..his problem. And I'm not understanding.
#66: All right.
#07: Gonna try again but I wanna get rid of that-
#66: All right, fine. Just relax for a minute.
#07: -tube.
#66: Just relax for a minute. You can use this tube. Hold in
your mind only the though.of
SG1 B
+21 Hold in your mind only that thought. And move. own the tube,
for at the end of the tube is Go ahead S G1B
and move down the tube and I wi . wai .
+25 #07: I'm not sure I wanna report this....... S G1B
#66: Tell me of your experience as you focused on
SG1 B
#07: Came bursting out of the tube into light.... Just skip this
and go to the...I don't want to talk about this...
I asked..the being that I assume is Hawk, I mean.
to let me-help him, make it possible ...to use graphics,
bring me up fast.
#66: All right. All right.
#07: I suddenly ...big TV screen up there on his left. Started
seeing big, white ground to air missiles swinging into
position. I could suddenly see...I could.see, actually see
radar energy sweeping the globe and overlapping, diminishing
in power with distance.. I could see quick flashes of other
forms. of defense, like damn big checkerboard, uh, chess,
chess. Gotta think of all positions. Keep, keep all

#07: positions viable and effective, protecting all forms. _ .
There is little difference between offensive and defensive..
It depends on situation, concept. But he shouldn't.....
I see huge, monstrous globe... I see giant network of some
type emanating from two different positions right now, over-
lapping. I don't know if this is a communications monitoring
control ,graphic, graphics...
#66: Ask to go on. SG1 B
#07: I'm sorry, what was that?
#66: Ask to go on, to continue....
#07: Just a minute. Somethin' happened and I got.a black screen...
Goddamnit! His train of.thought keep momentarily flicking
to personal. things. I just saw a...I guess it was a family
member. I....he's.tryin' to explain something.to me that
looks like a, a,.a big hand and a armoured gauntlet around
the handle of a big sword that is. encapsulated in a protect-
ive cacoon like moth-balled ships. I'm trying not to try
and analyze that... S G1B
I'm getting very strong indications that thinks
like a strategist, trying to pull in information, all kinds
of concepts and weave them into a logical offensive, defensive
network.. Not, feel he's not in charge of this, but is one
of several working on this concept. To tighten up.
#66: One of several working on a concept.
+36 #07: Working on a concept of deployment of...offensive-defensive
network of weapons and monitoring systems, so that each has,
each little unit has a better understanding of their position
in the total network and how they affect and interface with
other units of... I'm seeing a total...monitoring network
when tied.into a giant... weapons network. I get flashes of
giant, thousands of tanks somewhere. Just flashes of batches
here and there and there, but there's lots and lots and lots
of...missiles.
#66: Okay.
#07: And this screen keeps, uh.... flashing.
#66: Okay.
#07: Seems to be capable of extreme detail and understanding.
different weapons systems, state of the art concepts, but
today he seems to be working on many, many systems, and they
all seem-to be equally strong in.his interests at this moment.
Like maybe he's some type of strategist, planner, tryin'to
understand the whole chessboard..use each piece to the fullest
extent of its capability.

SG1B
#66: Okay.. Now I have no further questions about
therefore I would..like you,. to give you
S G1B a few minutes.to deal with him on a personal-basis and
explore as you see fit and then bid him adieu, thank.him,
and we will prepare to draw. You now have a few minutes to
do this.
+41 #07: Do you want me to try and set-up conditions where I can talk
more easily to him in the future?
#66: Yes. I will wait.
#66: Okay. Move your arms and move your legs, take a few deep
breaths, and let's prepare to draw the images that you have
had.
#07: Okay. Okay, uh, I came on the scene with a very close-up
of a, I think it was a left hand writing on a.pad at a office
at a desk. And, uh, I think my face was about 6 inches from
the top of -the pencil. Uh, I. found I could.see some of the S G1B
letters, but realized I couldn't read- and had some
problem with that. In trying to relate to him and find out
what his job was I noticed that he was looking up at some
thing.and I saw some graphics on a tri-pod about B or 10
feet across the room. It had some colors and bands.and what-
have-you I didn't understand. Uh, in trying to establish
contact with. him I somehow got the feeling that he was worried
or had a problem with his heart. And then things went off
S G113 kind of in a daydream and I found myself outside, uh, not. too
far from headquarters in, um, a park that I felt had been
established for some kinda hero or something, Some important
person.
Uh, in the park was a large circular masonry area with walk-
ways leading.to it, which I've shown in drawing number one.
And.a very tall pedestal, uh, with a, an image. of a. statue
of a human being on top of it. Uh, it's probably not impor-
tant,-but at that time I felt myself zooming up. away from
that very, very fast. It's a very frightening experience.
And I found myself asking myself whether he was trying to
tell me that he had problems with altitude. And I felt that,
you know, it's not me because. altitude doesn't bother me at
all. But I felt.that he was very frightened. I started to
questions this, and I thought I better not touch it and I
left it alone.
At..this point I wondered why the park was important or why I SG1B
found myself there,.uh, and I started looking around and I
saw a very large building which I thought was = headquarters,
off some distance away. This was from my position at some
altitude above the, uh, the statue.

#07: Uh, at that point you directed me to concentrate on, uh,
the General. and try and get closer to him and to find out
what his job was. Uh, I was able to establish eye contact
and I felt I.had rapport and I asked a question. And while
I'm concentrating, trying to find out how he's going--to give
me.the answer I found myself looking down a long curving tube
that sometimes had things like railroad tracks in it, it was
looping like the..like a rolly coaster inside of an enclosed
tube. It was running down under ground, to the right and
the left and up and down.and there was times I felt I was
moving very fast. I thought it was some kind of.fantasy or
hallucination or-something and.I'd shake it off and come
back and ask a question again and I'dsee one or two abstrac
images and' go off. dowh th& ;tube. again. . But it would be
different color, different size. This bothered me and I
tried to figure out momentarily whether... maybe I was inside of
something as small as electronics and running around through
the electronics or whether I was actually in something as big
as a underground train, uh, going from city to city or some-
thing. I realized I was analyzing and dumped-that. And I
believe when I tried to get rid of. it so I could get it out
of my mind end=getaway from it I believe I told you about it.
#66: That's correct.
#07: And I believe I mentioned I was tryin' to get away from it.
and you told me to use it and go down the tube, follow it all
the way to the end and.I would-find, uh, the General. I
tried that and it was a very hairy emotional,.uh, physically
stimulating experience. And I found myself questioning
whether I should be doing this or not. And about that time
I, uh, broke out into what I think, uh, could best be described
as, as a feeling of a reality.. Uh, there was no more feeling
of motion or speed, uh, it's just.that- oh, he's right!
I'm.here. It happened.. Uh, I found myself in the presense
of a being that was symbolic of this.General. And after I
got used to the idea and.realized that this was he I started
trying to establish. contact and rapport and I found myself
promising things that made me feel uneasy, trying to convey
that I was a friend and it was.all right to share ideas with
me.
Uh, I don't know if it's important or not but at this time I
little bit panicky and tried to back off and reword my
promises so that they weren't...they weren't demanding on me
in the future. Uhf and about that time he looked to his left
and up towards the ceiling at.a TV and it came on and there
was all kinds of beautiful graphics, uh, conveying concepts
that I may or.ma.y not.have interpreted. A very. crude drawing
of the scene I just described. is.in drawing number two with
the General sitting at the desk and the TV, uh, near the top
center of the, uh, the drawing.

#07: Uh,.there was times while we were,.incidentally, this
resulted from my asking him to explain to me very quickly
what his problem was and what he was working on so that_I
.could help him get through a sticky point that he was, uh,
having at that point. And, uh, when I started looking at
the screen I lost.sight of the TV itself and started seeing
graphics.as a total scene, not as looking at a TV screen in
the room. And basically I was seeing very fast, rapid cuts
of, uh, sophisticated weaponry, uh, but first I thought
primarily defensive. And then I saw a overlapping fans of a
radar encompassing a globe. Uh, there was times I could see
the total sphere, and there was times I could see only a
portion of the curved, uh, horizon.
Uh, and then I felt that.he was trying to convey to me that
something about defense and offense, uh, as.he looked at it
being the . same. thing. But, uh, it was the same weaponry, it
was the same concepts.aChd only the commander knew whether it
was defensive or offensive. But I. felt that he leaned more
strongly towards the offense being defensive. And I'm not
sure I understand that. But he also felt that the troops
didn't need to understand that.
Uh, there was a point where this giant globe with all of the,
these positions of units spread around the globe of weaponry
and monitoring systems, communications systems, uh, all seem
to have equal importance, nothing being dominant. As though
he were able to think of the total concept and not, uh,.be
highly specialized. And I questioned this at that because I
had previously talked to this gentleman and he was deeply
into something that particular day that was.very specialized.
And I felt that he received many briefings and observed many
demonstrations on the state of the art equipments. And then
he came back and did work as a strategist, a planner, uh,
trying to utilize all of these concepts as efficiently as
possible,.uh, and as effectively as possible. without leaving
any voids or vulnerability, areas of vulnerability.
Uh, once I saw what was happening here this even disturbed
me because I was afraid I might be taking the-word General
and saying, yeah this is what-all Generals do. This really
bothered me. Uh, but I got over that because I felt that
Generals primarily to.command to attack to utilize these
things,. rather than set up the concept. So I became more com-
fortable with that. And that, can remember I think that's
basically about, uh, as much as I got out of it.
#66: Tell me a little bit more about these graphics of the globes
and how they appeared to you.
#07: Uh...there was, it'd be like 35mm slide cuts, a flash on,
was a very. quickly,.uh, weaponry, some of which I recognized.
Uh, I get a out of a thousands of tanks. And I'd get a.
flash of a globe and I'd see, you know, something indicated

#07: they.were over here on this portion of the globe and I'd
get a flash of another batch and I'd see a.mountain and
something and all of a.sudden a globe way around over here.
As though there were tanks and weaponry spread at different
strategic points.
Oh, there was another thing that I think was.symbolic that I
may or may-not have stated, but I saw a,.an ancient armoured
gauntlet, uh, like a pact of a piece of ancient armour, a
human armour, that was grasping a sword. And it was encapsul-
ated in a cacoon like shape, like we use to moth-ball our
ships. And I instantly had the feeling that there were, there
was weaponry somewhere,.kinda moth-balled, waiting, uh, not
being manned now, but waiting in readiness that would be
manned. I may or may not have mentioned that, I-
#66: Okay.
#07: -thought it was important. But it was like a symbolic sort
of thing.
#66: Okay.
#07: The. graphics were, some time I'd find myself looking, the
globe would be. out of the TV and maybe 20 to 40 feet in dia-
meter and I'd be under it looking around it and all of this
in more detail, higher resolution. And I'd get excited
tryin', 'cause,.gosh if I could remember this and go back
and plot it, you know, and then the whole blame thing would
blow up on me and disappear and I'd have to go back and ask
him.a question again. And a lot of the things it looked like
I had resolution in-detail, when I started to zoom in. on it
and grab it so I could bring it back I'd just lose it. And
this happened many, many times on me. Uh, the graphics were
very good, they were in color. And.it.was primarily cut so
various.pieces.of weaponry located at.v.arious points around
the globe and a very large network emanating from-two points.
I don't know where those points were but in this case it
looked like two round disks somewhere on the globe, some-
where, uh, in the east with lines, straight lines emanating
from it. Uh, and I felt that was some kind of a communica-
tions network or monitoring system.
#66: Okay.
#07: I think that was about it, unless you can remember something
else.
#66: And you talked about the radars, you talked about weapons,
the communications thing, and then radars, too.
#07: Yes, I- the radars?
#66: Mm-hmm.

#07: Uh...I became startled when I felt I could see the radar
energy, uh, encompassing much of the globe in that part of
the world, uh,.and I was lookin' primarily at the east, off
towards Europe. Uh, I could see the density of this energy
diminishing as it fanned out and as it reached out in range,
uh, which might've been a logical thing because I understand
radar. But I'found myself startled because I could see it.
Then I got to where I.could handle that and I thought well,
gee, I'll, I'll look at all this and bring it back. And I
could see that there was a lot of overlap, was very few, if
any, voids, and again I thought find out where the strong
points are. Find out where the control is. And it disappeared,
it went to, flashed to another image. And I.promised myself
I'll get back to that, I'll get back to that. And all of a.
sudden I'd get wrapped up in a new-scene and I'd forget about
it. But-it was a very confusing, uh, high-speed, kind of
exciting session,
#66: Okay. I have no further questions. Is there anything else
you'd like to add?
#07: Uh, nothing I have to add.
#66: Okay.
