Approved For Release 2000/0 R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/ 00400430001-1 TIME TRANSCRIPT REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-43 #14: This will be a remote viewing session for 12 September 1980; mission time is 0900 hours. PAUSE #14: All right #01, the time is now 0900 hours. Your mission for today is to go to the following coordinates: SG1B I want you now to go to that location and briefly describe this location to me. +02 #01: Uh ah PAUSE PAUSE #01: It looks like a large, large twin parking aprons....an inter-connecting runway with, with two, two taxi roads. #14: Okay #01. You appear to be at a location very near to the one we are interested in. I want you to listen again to the coordinates, and focus on these coordinates: SG1B Tell me what you see. PAUSE +05 #01: Looks like a large ball shaped thing fastened to a square on a five sided pattern. There's poles, poles next to it. Some kind of a grid shape like...looks like, tra-trailers. ....uh....metal boxes fastened to the white square. See metal boxes of some kind. #14: Okay #01, I want you to change perspective. I want you to move slowly up in the air over the target to an altitude of 8000 feet. Describe the target from 8 thousand feet. Approved For Release 2000/088R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : 00400430001-1 #01: This is, this is like in a pattern. It's a big pattern. Star-like starburst pattern...with....radiating arms, and that ball like object is in the center. Kind of, just off the center a little bit. I see tracks of some kind and there's.....looks like some metallic formation of some design at the outer extremeties of the radiating pattern. #14: Okay. It looks like you have a very good direct hit on this target area. I want you, at this time, to remain at your perspective of 8,000 feet, and I want you to observe this target as I now move you in time. We're going to move at 24-hour intervals, one day at a time, and I want you to start out with.....and all these date and times are local to this target I want to start at 0800 hours, local time, on 14 September, local target time. Focus on that point in time, and tell me if the target has changed. #01: No. It hasn't changed. #14: Very good. I want you now to focus on 15 September. #01: Hasn't changed. #14: Very good. I want you now to focus on 16 September. #01: It looks the same as the 15th. #14: Very good. I want you now to move to 17 September. #01: There's a change, but it's not as different as the first change. There is a.....less of a change this time. #14: Okay. Can you describe what impressions you have of this? #01: There's like....I get a winking sensation. Like a blinking light of some kind this time. #14: Okay. I want you now to mo )e in time to 0800 hours on 18 September. #01: Okay. PAUSE #14: Is there any drastic changes at the target on 18 September? #01: On a dif-different time there's a change. It's like closer to 1100 hours. 2 Approved For Release 2000 0788R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2OOOIO8IOrIt. 111 fEIROOO4OO43Ooo1l #14: Okay. Describe what takes place at 1000 hours. #01: I just see blue light. Bright blue light. It's something very fast, very, very fast movement. Like, like a expanding movement. #14: Okay. That's very good, very good, extremely good. I want you now to move forward in time to 19 September. #01: Umm I'm, I'm having trouble. I don't doesn't look the same. #14: Okay. Describe the target area to me. #01: Having trouble finding it. Just a minute It's hard to see the radiating armse....then, it's a different color than white where the building was. Sort of a different color......and this metallic con- struction's different....was just folded away or collapsed or something. Target feels different too. That's all I'm getting. #14: Okay. I want you, at this time, to back up a little bit to 18 September, 1100 hours. You described an event. You described the blue light as very fast movement. I would like you to focus on this event, and tell me anything you can about it. #01: Okay. The most predominant thing about it is the light and it's like....it burns red versus a slow red burns like a fuse or something. Kind of sputters, and this blue light comes on, and it's very bright, and then there's light movement passed me like something going up. It's like looking straight down on top of a launch .and a rocket going straight up. But, it's very fast, very fast movement. PAUSE #14: All right #01, I want you to maintain your focus in time. I want you to remain at 18 September, 1100 hours, but I want you to change your perspective. I want you now to move up to 50 thousand feet; move slowly up 50 thousand feet. When you reach it, I want you again to focus on the event, describe it to me. You were a little bit too close the first time. PAUSE #01: See shock waves going out. Circular, expanding shock waves. Looks like a very large blast of some kind but, I don't, I don't see any kind of a, any kind of....like the old fashioned....nuclear fireball. I don't see that. I see a blast and a fireball, but it's not, it's not mushroom.... cloud shape. Approved For Release 2000/08/ ? 96-00788R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/0 R000400430001-1 #14: Can you observe this cloud? #01: Yes. It's like inverted. It's like a dome, an inverted dome. #14: Okay. I'm going to ask you to move slowly forward in time an hour at a time, at your discretion. I'm not going to pinpoint hours, but I want to know in which direction this cloud moves. Which direction will this cloud move? #01: Okay. I should go a little higher. #14: Okay. #01: It's moving two directions. Initially, it's moving what appears to be south no it's moving southeast. Maybe closer to south, southeast. But, then it's...when it rises above a certain height like half the distance, I am now.... 30 thousand feet, maybe, then it goes almost due east. Changes directions and gets really thin....like spreads it out. It's like spilling paint into a river, flows one way until it hits the current then it's, it goes quickly to east..... over water it looks like when it goes east, it's over water. #14: Very good. Going back now to the original event as it took place what triggered, what was the cause of this explosion? #01: Aircraft. Saw some kind of high performance fighter. I +30 say it's larger than a fighter, but it's not, not a very big one. But, it's very sleek looking....very fast. Apparent ....looks like a mid-range fighter bomber of some kind. #14: That's very good. #01: It's flying a pattern as well. Some kind of....like an inverted APEX pattern. I don't know what they call it. It's like a vertical zigzag. #14: Are you...are you getting tired #01? #01: A little bit. #14: I was going to, to run a request by you and.... #01: Go ahead. #14: ...and, if you get tired, you know, let me know, and I'll bring you back to the present time. But, it would be very interesting to, to start with this aircraft from the time it leaves the airfield and run through the actions leading up to the event. 4 Approved For Release 2000/08 8R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 #01: Just a minute. It'll take a second. #14: Okay. 00400430001-1 #01: There's..ummm flys some kind of fixed pattern o yar the runway. Then it gets a command and it flys on like a....almost a oval pattern over some mountains and down a range and it's lining up using some kind of beacon. And, then it's....does that twice, and then the third time around it's, it's releasing a bomb of some kind, but it doesn't uh.......it not don't to look like a bomb. It looks like a box. #01: It does it at the top of an APEX though like it comes in and when it releases it goes and climbs and makes a very sharp turn left and drops, just a little, but not much, sort of like a flat pattern it comes back around and lands. I don't I don't think the three patterns are planned. I think two are but the third is necessary. For some reason, there appears to be some...a lot of discussion with the ground between the pilot and the ground, for some reason. Many commands exchanged or something, much discussion. Something to do with arming this box. I keep, I keep getting a, keep getting a...ah...I keep wanting to say this is a nuclear weapon, but it doesn't look like a nuclear explosion. It's got a different cloud. PAUSE #01: That's all I got. #14: Okay #01. #01: Things are kind of falling apart. #14: I have no further questions at this time. At this time, I want you to not focus on the target. I want you to come back and focus on your present here in the room. It's now 0930 hours; it's 12 September. I want you to take a couple of deep breaths stretch #14: Okay. We are ready for debrief and a #01: Why don't I just do a ground layout of the target and a before and after event. #14: That sounds good. 5 Approved For Release 2000/08140EffitaaR000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CI 400430001-1 #01: I want to sketch a drawing of the cloud, and a then I can do one from 50,000 feet and show the direction and movement of the cloud. #14: Okay. Did you have any relationship between the direction of the aircraft and the movement of the cloud? Because we can determine almost the exact if we know the direction of the aircraft in relation to the directions of the cloud. #01: Yeah. I got a..... Well, I'll do the patterns he flew and draw everything with true north to the top of the page. I also got a distinct impression like this site was you know. ...distinctly familiar to me, and a....if a my remote viewing recognition isn't too bad....this is apparently the same site that I worked once before with #6.5 and a, you know, there is just a familiarity to it, and remote viewing wise, it may be the same kind of site. You know. Page 1 will be the site itself. #14: This will be your initial impression for the event? #01: Yeah. That being north, okay. I got a...a, like.....thing radiating out to the north, radiating out to the south, and then east, and then west. tike this. And, there is a very small building of some kind ther,.and there is a white I guess a dot or a circle or a globe or something, right here, like next to the building. There's a.....this is all white and there is some kind of a metallic thing out here on the ends. Like this...like this might be....I get an impression that this plane was receiving some, some kind of guidance information and these #14: From the actual site location itself? #01: From the peripherals of the site, and these black metallic kind of erected things on the corners could have been doing that I don't know. In any event, and it was all in a depression like this. And..a...this is the site. #14: Okay. #01: Okay. #14: Let's see. What can we label those little boxes outside? #01: Ah...wait a minute. Let me finish this thing so that my train of thought is not all screwed up. #14: Okay. Approved For Release 2000/ 6 8R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CI 000400430001-1 #01: Circle or globe...small white building. The small white buildings appeared to have boxes or trailers or something stuck on the side of them. These little black things out here were metal markers of some kind. #14: Okay. #01: We'll call them metal markers. There is a possibility okay...that they emit guidance information. And, that's the site.. .and everything.. .that's flat ground. #14: Uh-huh. #01: Page 2. I kind of draped over to the side to see what the event looked like because looking straight over the top of it all you get is an expanding wave going out. #14: Yeah. I had you down pretty low. I had you down at 8,000. #01: At 8,000 feet it appears that something is coming straight at you very fast, you know. Like, and I mean, you know, like it just kind of envelopes you as it goes by so it's probably a globular type wave in the front that's going out. From the side, you've got a really strange thing here. It's like a....right when the event occurs I'll show you what it looks like. You know I was sort of hesitant to call it a nuclear explosion although it was that size, because of the shape of this cloud. That's sort of the shape of the cloud, you know and then there is this sort of thing. These are the radiating patterns. PAUSE #01: And then 3-? is this, a...like wave front. Does that make sense? Page 3 is a...(pause) pattern flown by the aircraft. This is like a airport, and this is like site. #14: When you're describing the pattern of the aircraft and stuff you mentioned something about mountains. #01: Yeah. #14: I just wanted to refresh your #01: Yeah. I'll give you the layout of the mountains and everything as it relates to the bear in mind that a lot of times I draw exactly backwards. So, this can be one hundred eighty out of phase. Approved For Release 2000/ 7 8R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/0 000400430001-1 #01: Here's .... This aircraft comes up and flys a pattern over the airport, like this, until it gets like a release command. At which time, it comes down here, and makes two turns onto a .... call it like an approach like an, a approach range of some kind, you know, that it's allowed to come down. Okay? It makes one pass over the site, does a left turn, another left turn, and comes all the way back down, and does the exact same thing and it does this three times, okay. The reason, just a second, pattern three times.....normally, it does it twice: first 'runs' just that, a run over the site, the second run, okay, as it makes this last turn on its approach right here, the device is armed up until this point, that device is not armed. Okay? And, I perceived that he made the pattern three instead of two times. The reason being that his device would not arm on the first initial pattern that it was supposed to arm on. Then, when it comes in over the site, it does kind of a pattern fluctuation; it climbs right here. It climbs out like this, and makes a left turn almost a ninety (tape change) #01: Okay. It..a..does a pattern fluctuation. #14: Yes sir. Yes sir. Okay. Right. #01: It does a pattern fluctuation which I'll draw separately goes over the site, does a very quick turn pattern once it has reached a certain altitude and distance, and then goes parallel to the cloud as the cloud is developing. I don't know. I don't know if there is a or what, but that's the pattern. This pattern fluctuation from the side...okay, we will call it the side view....is kind of interesting. There is a drop, and then like a hump part to the pattern like this, and the device is released here. And, I don't know why that's done; it's just that a pattern there. #14: Ah...question on that. At the release point, do you have a feeling at what altitude the device is released? #01: Ah...what feet did you have me at, at that point? Was it thirty thousand or something? #14: I, ah..well, let me look at my notes. When I mentioned that you were too close I took you up to fifty thousand, and you....... #01: Okay Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CI 8 000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07: 0400430001-1 #14: And, you have mentioned...a...your next reference to altitude was #01: Half the distance to me, thirty thousand feet #14: Right! And, then you mentioned of course that when the cloud reached thirty thousand that it started moving due east...... #01: Right. Okay. It was about a quarter of the distance that I was at, and if I was at about sixty thousand I'd say fifteen thousand would be a close approximation of altitude. Possibly not that high. Between ten thousand and fifteen thousand; you know, that is about as close as .I can get. Ah.......approximatel ten to 15 K, feet. #14: Now, when it released the device, did you have a feeling........ #01: Yeah. Okay....... #14: ...where this device triggered? In other words, when... #01: Oh... Wait a minute, wait a minute, yeah, ah, I get a feeling that it triggered off the ground, but it was a matter of yards, okay. It was very, very close to the ground, and a... yeah...it was a matter of yards; it's..was under two hundred feet altitude when it triggered. But, when you said that.......these metal things at the ends of these #14: Right. Drawing number one #01: Yeah. On the ends of the radial impression, maybe that's where I get this emission feeling from, them, they may be the triggering devices as well,. you know, a proximity triggering device. But, it was under think it was under two hundred feet before triggering. It was so. quick, you know, I almost got a feeling of slow motion at this box. ....was approaching the ground cause all the other things that occurred were so quick in relationship to it....flaling you know... ...it was almost like it was falling in slow motion. #14: That's.....yeah. #01: So......I was going to do you an overview, of this whole area. #14: Right. Ah another question. #01: Okay. #14: How far from the ground zero that it was supposed to hit? #01: Did it hit? Approved For Release 2000/08 R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA 400430001-1 #14: Right. How close did your box like device come to that area? #01: Further back than the building. I've got a feeling that this little white building or whatever it was this box or little white box building or whatever it was probably back about fifty meters back from center, and this was quite a bit back from that, say probalby two football fields distance or less, maybe.....a.....one hundred and fifty meters would seem reasonable. One hundred and fifty meters. #14: Okay. One hundred and fifty to two hundred meters off center? #01: Yeah. Now, you want an overview of this thing? #14: Okay. Right now, I'm interested in the cloud. Can you give kind of an overview of the....using sketch number three....in other words using a....your reference point the airport and the site, can you draw the action of this cloud? #01: Okay. I'll just draw it in a series of pattern here. The first pattern was of course this oval type thing developing not... donut..... #14: Okay. Your drawing's kind of oblique. #01: Yeah. That's the ground pattern. At about ten thousand feet, I got a feeling that it looked a little bit like this. Now, I don't let's see if I can do the rest of this it's almost like a cloud within a cloud. That sort of impression. Then, at about twenty-five thousand feet it was more of a...more of one of these, this kind of thing. And, then that's when it kind of moved off in this direction expanding Out length wise and dissipated into what appeared to be a very large cloud. A normal cloud type. #14: Okay. I'm interested in tow things. One, the direction. In other wordsi in relation to...... #01: Okay. Yeah. That's what I meant by an overviewing. #14: Also, while you're drawing that, do you have, I know this is very abstract, do you have any idea or concept on the yield, the size of this? #01: Smaller. You know you always see these films on TV of nuclear explosions and everything, well, that's what the first thing that threw me. This didn't look like a nuclear cloud, you know, like the fireball mushroom, like you see on TV, but, it appeared to be about half the size of one of those. I don't know anything about megatons. All I know..this cloud appeared to be...this blast appeared to be about half the size of one that's always demonstrated in the newsreels, you know, for nuclear explosion. Okay. We got...site here... and we have airport here. Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CITITCRET00430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : C 400430001-1 #14: And, you did mention a sea or whatever. #01: Yeah. I'm going to do that. Some mountains here. There's mountains here. It's got two mountain ranges, okay. This is like a sea, and this is like and a cloud drifted this way as though it hit like it's like south, southeast, so it hit like thirty thousand feet tarted breaking up. It's like going into a different air stream current. It took a short swing this way. It headed out this way. Almost due east. #14: Okay. I think we've covered most of it. I think the most interesting thing, of interest is you said there appeared to be some sort of malfunction, and they had to make an extra pass. #01: They had to make an extra pass. It's like they didn't get a green light or something, you know. All the panel lights went green. They didn't get one that's green. Sot they said just to make sure make another pass check these instruments, and then do your thing. #14: Outstanding. End of session. 11 Approved For Release 2000/08 788R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400430001-1 TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788R000400430001-1 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 :.?licRDP96-00788R000400430001-1 t ts1:111 de" \IN. / 1 N 4 It r0 rs it i i s \\ It 1 1 i 4, if ,?""
