Viewer #11 did not locate the target geo- graphically, and his description of it as being both mountainous and arid is a totally inaccurate description of the geographic area in question. In addition, his description of a boring operation is also totally incorrect. Viewer #10.5, while totally inaccurate in the description of the activity taking place at the target facility, did put it in a cold, mountainous area and indicated that it was similar to Siberia or Antarctica. In fact the target is located in However, there is nothing else in the Viewer's description of t e target or the activity taking place that is an accurate reflection of the target installation.
