TARGET: 8031
VIEWERS: #11 and #10.5 SG1 B
Viewers indicated that it was a primitive area with a minimum of buildup
of buildings and facilities and was in fact quite desolate. This is
obviously not an accurate description of the activity taking place at
this high-priority target. Viewer #11 did not locate the target geo-
graphically, and his description of it as being both mountainous and
arid is a totally inaccurate description of the geographic area in
question. In addition, his description of a boring operation is also
totally incorrect.
Viewer #10.5, while totally inaccurate in the description of the activity
taking place at the target facility, did put it in a cold, mountainous
area and indicated that it was similar to Siberia or Antarctica. In fact
the target is located in However, there is nothing else in the
Viewer's description of t e target or the activity taking place that is
an accurate reflection of the target installation.
