SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-5
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
2. (S) The remote viewer was provided with the geographic coordinates
of the target and the cue of "special building" which he had referred
to in previous sessions (CC98 and CC96). The viewer was unable to
relax and concentrate on the target. He was disturbed by excessive
ambient room noise (sirens in the beginning) and psychologically
depressed during the session and throughout the day. The viewer
stated that he was unable to resolve clear imagery of the target and
had to expand considerable effort to obtain what he got. He felt
discouraged about the whole session.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol
(S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the
viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is
target cuing information provided the remote viewer.

1. (S) The target for this session is the building located in
the vicinity of coordinates and
previously referred to by this viewer as the special building.
2. (S) An answer to any one of the following questions will be
of value:
a. What type of equipment is located in this building?
b. What is it used for?
c. Is there more than one group of people occupying this
building?
d. If more than one group is identified is their mission
the same or different? Identify.

#66 This will be a remote viewing session for the
27th of February 1980. We have an on-target time
of 0900 hours.

Relax and concentrate now. Relax and concentrate.
Focus your attention on the target for today. Focus
your attention on the special building which you have
described before in the vicinity of
Concentrate now on this special building and
describe it to me.
PAUSE
#01 Getting a scalloped design around the edges. Looks
like some kind of glass light reflectors. There's
+03 ...uh...they're connected, in some way, to the end of
the building.Near the edge of the roof there's...uh...
what looks like...uh...very tip of a cone on the roof.
+05 Like a cone shape, and there's 3 of those.
PAUSE
#66 Describe your position of observation.
#01 Hummm...like...uh...other corner of the building
facing the front right corner. See it looks like
...uh..a generator or something inside that corner.
The turban part. It's standing up on its end. Standing
up on end. There's, there's a network of wires in
this room, hung on the walls. They might be some
kind of power cables or something. Looks like a room
that you can get to only from the outside. See...uh...
like a small ramp in the front. You go down a small
ramp to get inside the building. I get a strong
impression that it's a...uh...some kind of a control,
control facility. Like it has some things radiating
out from it, but I can't see what they are. I, I

just know that they're there. These things
radiate out from it.
#66 All right. I want you to spend some time now
inside this building exploring the various areas
in this building without reporting to me. When
+09 you complete this then tell me you are ready to
report.

#01 Ok.
#66 Describe the target to me.
#01 There's one long room but it's like folded together
in sections. Some reason that's folded together, and
there's a row of some kind of metal structure down
along the wall. See red diamonds associated with
that and they glow. There is...uh...alot of different
more like some kind of feel like there's
+15 some kind of amplifiers or something. There's..uh..
like an auroric discharge on both ends, but it's
brighter on one end than it is on the other. Think
they're like camper fires, and these metallic..uh..
structures...racktype things. There's...uh...what
appears to be some kind of a side room. It's like
an L shape office main room, and it has...uh...green,
greenish globes. There's...uh...there's consoles
associated with the, with the globes. There's slot
of activity in the room.
#66 Tell me about this activity. Describe the present
activity at the target.
#01 I get a very strong sensation that they are doing
some kind of ...uh...something to do with controlling
something remotely. Uh...I want to say it's...uh...
I want to say it's like a communications facility
but it's not...uh...it's not...uh...an intelligence
or an intelligent communications. More like a..uh..
some kind of a data exchange facility. It's more
relay type..uh..sort of facility. It's radiating
something out, but it's getting it back. It's,
what it's getting back is different from what it
radiates out. I'm trying to, trying to get a feel
for this spectrum. I can't. It seems to range from,
it seems to range..uh..from anywhere from the 500
megahertz up through..uh..30 gigahertz. It's the
whole frequency range. It's just blasted with this
stuff. I don't know what. it is. Uh...it may be

emanation...uh...as a result of some form of
manufacturing in this building, but I don't feel
like this is...uh...uh...inadvertent radiation
type thing. I think it's...uh...deliberate.
Deliberate emanation type thing.
#66 All right. Now...
#01 There's reflector glasses on the wall. I don't,
I don't understand what they're for, but they
are sitting behind a framework of flat modules with
wires coming from them. Very strange.
#66 This concept of controlling something. Tell me the
raw data input. Tell the bits of information which
make you say this.
#01 Uh....I keep trying to centralize my, my thoughts
+20 where the center of...uh...this facility is. Where
the, the nucleus would be this facility, and ...getting
a very strong impression of being the hub in a circle
and that there's lines radiating out from this nucleus,
and...uh...there's a control type emanation feeling
going out from this nucleus. It's getting feedback,
but it's different than what's going out. I keep
seeing Christmas tree forms...uh...like pointed spear
shapes...uh...associated with that. Almost like
...uh...uh...a honeycombed type thing that shaped like
a Christmas tree. I don't....something to do with
cones, cone shapes. They're very important at this
facility.
I just can't get, get what it is in detail. Uh...
I could see L shaped room. I must see...uh...like wall
supports that are bolted together. I...uh...I assume
they're of heavy metal. This L shaped room is a..uh..
is a room sensitive to, to dust and kept very clean.
It's very cool in this room. I feel like..uh..outside
it's very warm. Inside it's very cool. This facility
is alien to where it's installed. It doesn't belong
there. I don't know how to explain that.
#66 Please don't explain or analyze, but please tell me
the raw data. Those little bits of information which
made you say that.
#01 I just got a feeling that..uh..sort of a..uh..uh..
got a feeling like it would be like finding a coke
bottle at a forest. It just doesn't belong. It would
be acceptable somewhere else, but it's not there. I

I don't know. It doesn't belong there. It belongs
somewhere else. Like it's not...uh...uhmmm...be like
putting something on my back and I don't own it, sort
of feeling. Very strange.
I'd say that it looks like air conditioning vents, but
that's, that could be just...uh...some kind of overlay.
#66 Describe this rooms position in the greater building.
#01 It's either an appendage to the building or it's the
+26 entire building and the left leg of the table. ,Get
a strong sensation (mumbling) against the left leg of
the table...in the upper left corner of the table...
table shape....
I don't think I'm going to get anything else. Things
are getting a little gray here. No. I'm not going
to get anything else.
#66 Let's draw those things that you have then.
#01 Gee. I don't know.
Ok. First impression I had was of looking at the front
right corner, right corner of the building and I got
an impression of this sort of thing for some reason.
It was like slanted off the building roof. Other portion
being the building roof, and there was like little squares
here, and some were black and some were like fish scales.
They were silver. Probably just a fancy tile (mumbling)
but, they appeared to be very large, for some reason.
There was like an entrance way somewhere on this end.
I don't know exactly where. There was an entrance way.
I went in the entrance way and I saw this thing. Page 2.
It looked like a funny beer barrel type affair. I got
the feeling it was spinning, for some reason and there
was a top section to it, like this. And I got a...just
a feeling ...like I'm feeling a motion in here. Spinning.
I got the, the, a real strong impression like a turban
mounted. and going in instead of sideways. There was
something else unique about this. I can't remember
what it was. There was...oh, in the background there
was a pattern of wire that looked something like this.
You know. It's layed out in a specific pattern. That
sort of affect. I think it's assumption that it was
wire. That's the feeling I had. It was wire, and

the entrance was somewhere over here, and the
only way to get to it was through that one entrance,
and it wasn't connected to any other room. It was
just a small room there on the end.
#07 Did you have a feel of what that..uh..turban shape
or beer barrel shape might possibly be?
#01 I don't have any idea what that thing is. You know.
I just distinct turban shape. I was seeing a
high revolutioning. This pattern of wires in the
back. Other than that, I don't know what it is.
Page 3. I got an impression of this very long room
that went like this and then made a left turn, and
...uh...it's really a bad way of showing what I've
seen in the room because I don't know really exactly
where everything was, but in this room I got the,
the impression there was..uh..like a row of, of a
very complex, metallic structure like thing against
the wall. It had all kinds of cross pieces and,
you know, just a whole mess of different support
shapes to it. I don't, you know, I don't know what
it was. I kept wanting to say oh, well here's a
row of equipment racks, but that's not what it was.
There was something else. You know, like something
that was specifically designed to hold something in
it that was of a unique nature of some sort. That
was against one wall, and..uh..there was...trying to
remember it oh, I got an impression of like an
amplifier type thing looking at this thing.
Page 4. Looking face on to this, this thing that went
along the wall I got the impression of red diamonds
glowing, red diamonds, and they were just, you know,
in this, this thing along the wall and they were glowing.
The way I understand....this is just a maze of cross
pieces and things. This thing against the wall. Had
these long red diamond shapes to it. I kept saying
I wonder what the glowing red diamond is associated to,
and I started getting an impression of like a silver
box, alot of silver boxes, and these silver boxes had
...uh.. and these silver boxes had..uh.. I'll draw on
page 5.
These silver boxes alot I just got impression of
alot of silver boxes so I said ok, I'll select one
silver box and I'll see what it is. So I looked at
the silver box and that's all it was is a silver box,

and I got an impression of something like going
in this end and it had like...uh...a glow around
it and something coming out this end, and I called
it an amplifier box because the glow coming out this
was lot brighter. Yeah. Brighter than the glow
going in this end, and that's associated, ok. That's
associated to the diamonds in some way. Then I was
trying to find out, ok, what is it amplifying. If
there's a frequency here, what's the frequency. So
I said ok, in my mind I'm going to set up this matrix
and I'm going to let the frequency fields just fill
in, and I, and I formed a box. It was like zero in
the bottom left hand corner. I'll draw a picture of
the box that I formed in my mind. I just drew a
matrix box and I put zero down here and I put 100 gige
in the top, and I said, ok, imagine this giving a
linerally displayed view of frequency with spikes
representing the, the degree of frequency. Then I
got something like this. You know. Almost ...
completely darken in line at about 500 megahertz
to about 30 gigs. I just got the feeling that this
was just blackened in. Like this was just saturated.
Ok. That's a head image. That's not something I
sensed I saw at the target, but that's something I
developed in my head to give me an idea of the
frequency...which didn't help, and I had a...uh...
sensation of some kind of a group of glowing globes,
and these glowing green globes were in the left-
hand end of the shape of the building on page 3,
where I will place an arrow and glowing globes. These
had some form of a console associated with them.
Like a slanted front. Here, I just get a feeling
of...uh...this, this is page 7.
Page B. When I try to find out what the real
function was in this place I got, oh, I also started
....I had impressions at the beginning and then later
I had impressions of these, these Christmas tree cones.
And, they were nice and smooth, and then I tried to
see through 'em and I was seeing these honeycomb shapes.
They were inside these cones, and there were slot of
these but I don't know where they were.
#07 Did you have a feeling for the size of those cones?
#01 Uh....not really. They, they weren't small, ok, but
they weren't so big that I couldn't pick one up,
carry around in my arms. It seemed like, it seemed
like I could wrap, just about wrap my arms around one
of these cones, and...uh...it was taller than it was
at the wide at the base. So that would make it
probably 4 feet in height, whatever. And, they were

a little bit varied in size. Different ones.
#07 You mentioned something about a hub, circle.
#01 Well, I was trying to describe, page 9, I was
trying to describe what gave me the feeling that
this was a control, and what I got was a mental
picture of a circular hub in which..uh..this was
the activity and I got these radials going out
with legs. This sort of affect. I don't know if
this very good pictographically or not. You know.
I just got this radial affect. I don't know why.
There's, there's emissions going out in the
direction of the arrow, like this. The arrows
represent emissions of some sort, directions or
controls or something, and I get this sort of
affect for feedback, you know. A wave front feedback.
#07 Did you have a feel for the size of that?
#01 None. I just....was associating that for calling
this whole activity of, of control. I don't
know what gave me that. I guess what I'm trying
to say is, I said to myself, what makes me think of
this as a control. This is the picture I got, ok.
Now, I don't know whether that is something physically
in existence on this target or if it's a concept of
what makes me feel like I've seen it. I can't
differentiate, I don't know why. I just said to
myself, why is this a control, and that's what I got
back pictographically in my head.
#07 This is very interesting to me.
#01 That could very well be a, a, you know, something
existing on a site that says this is why it's a
control. I don't, I don't know. I wish I did.
#07 The foot shape at the end of these leggens...uh...
the way they're drawn it looks like it's kind of...
is it posts? I noticed they all go in a downward
position.
#01 Yes. And there is some kind of twist at the end of
this particular line, I guess. Not twist. It's an
actual bending at the end of this line, and they're
all ok it's not apparent by this
got the feeling they're all (turned tape over)
or whatever they.They're all equal distance from the
activity, and they're all identical. That's all I know.

I got a distinct impression just before the end
of the session page 10, of these, I call it like
a reflection, and I guess that's what made me call
it glass, or something. I got the impression that,
assuming this paper to be a wall, that I was looking
at the thinnest, long thing of glass, ok, not a rod
bot a flat, actual flat piece of glass embedded in
the wall and in front of it was a black frame almost
exactly the same size. It had nodules coming out
of it. Looked like lumps going all the way down.
And, this had things going off, like that, in the
same direction, and, and there was something in here
that was reflecting light, and your guess is as good
as mine. But, it was a very clear distinct impression.
#07 Are you using the word reflecting as opposed to
emitting?
#01 Yeah. It's like somebody playing with a mirror in
the sun. It was indistinct as being where it was
coming from. Just a flash of light, up in here,
and that's what caught my attention, for some reason.
And, then I looked and I saw this strip of glass with
nodules in a frame in front of it. Uh...maybe some
kind of reflective high intensity light system...uh..
like a mercury vapor lamp or something. Some form
of measurement device; that's assumption. I don't
know.
