SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION C68
1. (S) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing
session conducted at the r
against
DCSOPS-HUMINT, INSCOM,
This was the fourth
session against is particular target (see RV Sessions C51, C57,
and C60). The mission was to locate, identify and report the
status of the target at the given geographic coordinate.
2. (S) Session got off to a "Rocky" start because interviewer
had received incorrect coordinates from the mission analyst.
Error was discovered as soon as session started and confusion
did not seem to upset the viewer. Viewer still appeared to be
having difficulty focusing on the target although towards the end
of the session he did report several items that appeared to have
strong correlation to the target.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
document, GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing
Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is the transcript of the viewer's impressions
during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by
the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. TAB B
contains analyst comments of all four sessions (C51, C57, C60,
and C68).

TRANSCRIPT
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION C 68
#43.5 This will be a remote viewing session (edited for
security).
PAUSE
Our target for today...as you may recall we've
been working on this...a...HUMINT target that we've
been given and we want to go back to the same area
that we've been at for the last couple of sessions.
Now the coordinate for this target area:
I want you to go to that area. Concentrate, focus
your attention on that particular spot. Let me give
you a piece of paper with the coordinate written on
it and then repeat the coordinate again:
Relax, concentrate your attention on that particular
spot. I'm also going to give you, to help, that same
photo that we used that last week that shows you part
of the area of the target. OK.
Now, just relax.
#44 That's a different photo.
#43.5 OK. That's OK...and focus on that particular
coordinate that was given.
#44 OK #36.. there's probably going to be a gap for
about 5 minutes while I unwind somethings. So just
...get a cup of coffee and sit down...tea...whatever.
#43.5 Still analyzing.
#44 Shut up.

+06 #44 First impression...time out...uh...dark passageway,
dark passageway...uh...wall on one side and a curved
cylindrical...no...uh...metal like curved plate
section of a sphere. Large though...uh...heavy...
braced...and dark passageway. That is all I can get.
That's second impression.
First impression was of a large metal cylinder...
uh...like a storage tank...12 to 15 feet...diameter
...25 feet long. Something like that. Polished or
aluminum or reflecting material.. .light color...
shinny.
+09 #43.5 OK. I want you to look around that area, locate
the object that you described for...maybe for...
appearing like a star on a rod. Locate that object
for me.
PAUSE
#44 Uhuh.
#43.5 OK. Once you've located that, I want you to tell
me some more about that.
PAUSE
#44 Rod is a large, round diameter pipe...(sigh)...metal
...(sigh)...arms of the star are pipes that come
out and bend back along the shaft and I think...
something like the picture but it's...there's too
many in the picture. I just don't see that many...
pipes coming out of the main pipe.
#43.5 What position are they in?
PAUSE
#44 I still see one, two, three. I still see five.
#43.5 Uhuh.
#44 Radially. Uh...the pipes bend back along the main
shaft. Temptation to say there's too many in the
picture. The picture's wrong.
#43.5 OK. What do you feel about these pipes?

#44 A word that...I get the impression the word "heat
exchange". I don't know why that it's somehow...
but that is another...like heat exchange. Uh...
(sigh)...I get a sense of flow through the pipe.
Forced. More than one star. Uh...uh...(sigh)...
so...that something is taken out of the flow of the
pipe and pushed back around and that alters the
state of what's in the main flow.
+15 #43.5 OK. Follow the pipe and describe where it goes.
#44 Pipe gallery...uh...main pipe...uh...uh...the
impression that I got is something vertical. Whole
series of vertical cylinders and they're dark....
uh...like...uh...petroleum cracking...uh...refinery
tower. Like that, but not that. Like a whole series
of verticals...uh...encased...uh...support rods...
junk like that...big though...big. Order of
magnitude...100 feet high...100...I donjt know...
no...no...100 feet feels too low and too high at
the same time. I don't understand. Uh...but...
#43.5 OK.
#44 Uh...but the sense of flow is this direction from
the building and the.. .a...
PAUSE
#44 I don't know how to explain this. The photograph
...the photograph looks static but I get a sense of
power and energy moving through this thing at either
a high temperature or a high velocity or a high sense
of power if it was nuclear. Uh...potential energy
that something is handled very carefully because
a...a...it would blow up or burn or something like
that.. .and that's part of what the thing is in the
photograph. It's something to relieve the pressure...
uh...like if it was nuclear then you'd have to cool
down the reactor...uh...take some of the gas pressure
...uh...off otherwise the thing would expand too fast
and explode. Or if it was...uh...petroleum...uh...
or natural gas or something like that then you'd
have to relieve the pressure...uh...because it would
blow up.
#43.5 OK. How many of these...uh...star-like objects do
you see?

#44 Interesting question. Three...(sigh)...uh...
another analogy...that in refining...in refining
uranium...uh...U238 to get U238...one of the
methods is...has somethi-...I forget the terms.
Something like a cascade where you keep taking
out the stuff that's not what you want and pushing
it back to the beginning.. .and it's an enriching
process and the word cascade comes in there where
you keep taking the stuff that's not what you
want and shoving it back into the pile and pulling
it through again until you get out of the main
flow you get what you want. Like that, but not
that.
#43.5 OK. Can you...can you describe the relationship...
the physical relationship of these...uh...star
clusters to one another?
#44 The main flow pipe comes from.. .when you said that...
uh? ? ?
PAUSE
They're all located in the linear fashion along the
main flow and as you go along the flow...the one I
first saw is the one that sits in the middle with
five arms. I think the one (not audible) photograph
is the one that's first on it. That may be because
I think that it's closest to the building. I
don't know. But the one that I saw is the front
end of this thing here. Star pattern pipe that
comes up and bends back...pipe that comes up and
bends back, like that.. .and down here, now I don't
...I don't see five, I see three and I don't know
why.
#43.5 Just to make sure I understand that you have this
one, and this goes into a building...
#44 Come from the building. This is the direction.
#43.5 Come from the building...and then there's a...
#44 That's flow. This is the pipe.
#43.5 There's a pipe connecting this one to this one
and then untie goes on and then...what's this down
here at the end?

#44 This? The large vertical mass.
#43.5 Large vertical mass, ok.
#44 That's funny.
#43.5 Is this your match like object on the top?
#44 Yep.
#43.5 OK. I just want to make sure that I have the
perspective. Before you leave that #44, let
me ask you one final thing about it...is what...
you know anything else that you feel about that
...uh...particularly those star-like objects,
at all?
PAUSE
#44 Uh. The only thing I don't understand is why
there is not the shelter over them that there
should be.
#43.5 OK.
#44 There ought to be a...uh...I don't know how to
explain this.
#43.5 Be careful now, 'cause if you're talking about
what you think should be there, you're going to
be very analytical.
PAUSE
#44 No, no.
It may be that this thing occurs somewhere else.
Wherever else it occurs, I have a feeling that
there is a shelter roof built over it and it seems
wrong that it doesn't have it here. A sense of...
maybe it's under construction in the photograph.
I get a sen-...I get the oddest sense about that
photograph. That photograph's wrong! That,
there's something that exists that's not part of
the photograph. That the photograph may be out
of date. That, there's something that's changed
that's not in the photograph, and maybe this
sense of roof thing. I don't know. Or maybe
they've wrapped around the pipes or something.

#43.5 OK, ok. Now down at the end of that sketch
where you've drawn that large building and you
confirmed that that thing at the top is that
match stick-like object that you've been
referring to before...is that the same area or
(it has to be) that had some type of dome shape
object inside?
#44 No. You're at the wrong end of the stick.
#43.5 I'm at the wrong end of the stick. I don't
understand.
#44 OK....wonderful. There's a building up here.
The building is the start of the flow into this
pipe which runs down and ends up down here which
is where I think the match stick is. The flow
is in this direction. The dome shaped object
which starts the whole process is inside that
building.
#43.5 OK, ok. Super.
#44 We have...you have a building which is really
just a...a...big shell and it's got a.. .inside
grid roof ceiling and then there are walls and
a gallery around...00ps...I'm screwing up this
drawing...uh...around the inside of this thing
and then inside the gallery is the dome.
#43.5 OK, and that's up at this end.
#44 That's up at this end.
#43.5 OK. Last week you had talked about the large
building with the dome shaped object inside it
and that was connected to the match stick which
you didn't describe with all of this.
#44 alright. The reason why is because you asked
me last week how many stars there were.
#43.5 Aha.
#44 This is the first one I saw.
#43.5 I knew I was going to get blamed for that.

#44 No sir. It's not.. .it's a question that I
hadn't thought about. It's not your fault. My
fault for not thinking about it...uh...This one is
adjacent to the building. I got that from the
photograph. I don't like that because I don't
like the photograph.
#43.5 I understand you don't like the photograph.
It raises some very interesting questions that
we won't.. .we won't pursue right now.
+30 OK. I want you to focus now, you know.. .focus
your attention on that...that...a...match stick
...uh...area and I want you to go inside that
building there, and tell me what you see inside
there. Go inside and describe that area.
#44 First thought that I got...first impression was
of an arm with a watchband around it and the
reason why is because it's...what it appears...
like and that's because it's a large pipe and
down here is where the watchband is, and there's
some kind of device at the top where the watch
would be and it's like a compression. Alright
the band is a compression fitting but there's
some kind of a device at the top. A metering
station or something, monitoring station...uh...
uh...control point...information point...dial.
Warm there!
#43.5 Warm.
#44 Warm.
PAUSE
PAUSE
#44 Light bulbs. Sense of a lot of pipes. (Sigh)..
up here...ok...I backed off...so this gets to
be smaller. I don't know why we have a right
angle bend in this dumb thing 'cause that's
contrary to flow. This...and up here... (mumbling)
this and...
PAUSE
Give me another 5 minute pause because I just
got completely off the dam track. Something just
took me out of this.

#43.5 That's ok. Just relax.
#44 Sorry #36, sorry #43.5. I just got completely
thrown off.
PAUSE
#44 Like the world series. There's a break in
the action so we'll take a commercial break.
+35 (5 minute delay)
#44 OK.
#43.5 OK.
#44 Over here is...uh...like an egg.. .like a.. .drawing
doesn't seem right. OK. I get the color
chartreuse green. I don't know why. Uh...like an
egg, metal, tank lot of little pipes come down
this thing. Metal flant (phonetic) down here and
that's probably a support. Uh...pipes come out of
the top of the cylinder.
#43.5 Out of the top of what cylinder.
#44 Uh...egg. Top of the egg. Has a rounded top
to it.
#43.5 OK. But the last I knew...
#44 OK. I'm still where you told me to be.. .the
base of the match stick that...
#43.5 Did you go inside there?
#44 I am inside there.
#43.5 OK.
#44 This thing is inside there. Above the ground
...uh...about...uh...not far.. .12 to 15 feet and
over here on...in this area is where that large
pipe with the metering station thing is...and that
goes into something right here.. .and I can't...
it goes into something larger that's like that,

and somehow there's stuff up in the ceiling.
Like...like...pipes in a grid and then up in
...up above there...the...a lot of metal...uh.
#43.5 OK. From inside there, let yourself float up to
the top to the match stick area and tell me what
you perceive as you go.
PAUSE
+45 (turned tape over)
#43.5 You want to tell me what you a...
#44 The answer to the question that I have been
working on...uh...how all of this goes together
and it's a very complex structure that...you have
to back off from in order to be able to see it.
I can't tell whether this is right or whether this
is all analytical. I just...just can't tell. I
get these large cylindrical tanks that are bundled
together by large grid frame work that...that
match stickcomes out of the top of. I don't
understand why there are storage tanks there...
like storage tanks. Now you got me spooky about
using like cylinders hanging on end
boxed in and out of the middle of the mast...
like a birthday candle, birthday cake, candle
is the match that (mumbling)...goes up and it's
a couple of hundred feet high. That sounds
ridiculous.
PAUSE
I don't...I'm sure that I'm adding analysis to
this thing at this point #43.5.
#43.5 OK. Let's just forget that then and let's move
around some more and see if you can locate...
uh...an object that you described before as E
shaped an E shaped object and something
#44 That's back up in the first building.
#43.5 That's back up inside the first building.

#44 Uhuh. It's some kind of a special support and
protection for the...alright at the bar of the
#43.5 Right there.
#44 Uh...It's not just one. There's a series of...
that...in the mid-ground of the bar of the E is
this...is a pipe that has to be handled carefully...
and I don't understand why, except that.. .1
wonder if there's something that comes down.
I don't know that this is where the E comes from.
The fact that there's this metal frame and the
patterns suggest itself as being E and it's made
out of steel and the whole point of the exercise
is that it comes in...in the middle here and...
and holds one of these very hot pipes. Now, it
may be that the reason for this is because you've
...uh...got part of the gallery that goes around
on top of this but this is inside that first big
building and it has something to do with the
material that comes out of the dome object...sigh
...and it's...the pipe is clear or hard shinny
...uh...and I get a sense of it glowing but not as
a fluorescent tube glows with light. In other
words, if something is very hot, it glows. If
something's radioactive, it glows. If something's
...uh...no it's not very cold...has the sense of
energy...force and power in that...in that thing
that has to be very carefully handled.
#43.5 OK. Where does that pipe lead? Just to make
sure we're connecting everything together.
#44 I don't know because I get the sense that...
alright, established flow scheme with the dome
and out through the stars.
#43.5 Uhuh
#44 ...and out to the big thing with the match stick.
Inside this building, alright, there's three
stars.inside this building.

#43.5 Is that E shaped object?
#44 You got the mainflow that comes this way but
either above or below...below there is a lateral
flow that seems to go at right angles to this...
that this is more...that this is more important
than this, but that this has to be carefully
handled. Like that.
#43.5 OK. So this pipe here leads into the dome
and goes
#44 ...no...
#43.5 Well you got it right through it.
44 Leads from the dome.
#43.5 OK. From the dome out to them, ok, ok.
#44 Match stick.
#43.5 And then there's another
#44 ...and then there's another pipe that I see is
is going at right angles to this.
#43.5 Uhuh. OK..ok.
#44 ...and the Es hold up that pipe. I'll give you
a simily (phonetic). It might be that this is...
alright.'..jese (slang) I hate to do this 'cause
here we go with...I give you for instance and
then completely ignore all of the labels, but
it'll explain the kind of a thing. If you had
something coming from something like a nuclear
reactor that was going out here and this was the
part that you were interested in the flow
out toward the match stick area through the stars,
you'd have to cool this reactor down, if it was
a...if the domething was a nuclear reactor, you'd
have to cool it down.
The water that you use to cool a nuclear reactor
would have to come out and go someplace and be
cooled and then be brought back. So you'd have
this flow and it would be hot and it would be
radioactive because it's contaminated by the...
the material on the inside of the dome. So

you have to handle it carefully. That explains
all the parts that I'm trying to explain, but
I don't want to stick that label on it.
#43.5 I understand. All I want to know now is...
follow that second pipe that's supported by
these Es and tell me where it goes.
PAUSE
#44 OK. Back in the building. Match stick down
here.
#43.5 OK.
#44 This is too close. There's more distance between
the building and that. Uh..patheo (phonetic)
scale, rectangular building like this, low
through the stars, uh..someplace..I wanted to
put it in the middle but I got to pull it down
this way. Out...that's the source of supply.
#43.5 Is that a building?
#44 No. That's a silver cylinder.
#43.5 OK.
#44 Thank you. ...and then there's two...pipes
that come out here that I think are connected
to it...that are...ok...yeah. Back to this
sketch...that come out there...I'm having to depart
from the area an awful lot to do these drawings.
I'm not thrilled with that.
This has something to do with...uh...ok...the
E flow...I'm going to call it E flow because
that's the shape of the supports inside...is in
this direction.
#43.5 Coming into the...
#44 It goes from here into the building and around
...you know...it does something around inside
the building...it goes out in that direction.

#44 It goes in here and around. I don't know.
Maybe it goes around twice and then it comes out.
#43.5 OK.
#44 This is supply and this is exhaust, waste.
#43.5 Waste. OK.
#44 Neither one of those terms is right. Neither
waste nor exhaust but it has something to do
with...comes from here and goes in and it goes
out like that.
#43.5 OK, ok. Don't be concerned about leaving the area,
because you're not. This is all the area, ok.
I want you to...I want you to finish off these
two things, though...you see...you've dead ended
them.. .and maybe that's the answer.. .they've
dead ended. Is there anything connected to this?
To this supply area.
#44 No. That's where it starts.
#43.5 That's it. OK. Where do the used pipes lead to?
#44 Buildings. More buildings.
#43.5 I see you got more buildings down the end there.
#44 Down...
#43.5 Uh...

#44 OK. When you asked the question, I got the flash
