Dr. Harry L. Snyder, a Corporate Scientist of Systemetrics, Inc. will serve
as Principal Investigator for this contract. He will be assisted by Drs. Walter
W. Wierwille and Robert C. Williges. Minor support will be provided by a
research associate and secretary for literature screening and report preparation,
