A MISSILE COMPONENT AT POSITION 5 AND AN UN- IDENTIFIED MISSILE ON A DOLLY AT POSITION 6 ARE IDENTIFIED AT LAUNCH SITE 3. AT LAUNCH SITE 5, A POSSIBLE LAUNCHER IS NEWLY IDENTIFIED. THE GUILD MISSILE IS DEPLOYED AT THE SA-1 SAM SITES DEPLOYED AROUND MOSCOW. POSITIONS 5 AND 6 OF LAUNCH SITE 3 ARE THE R&D FACILITIES FOR THE PROBABLE LONG RANGE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEXES BE- ING DEPLOYED IN THE USSR. A GUIDELINE MISSILE ON A TRANSPORTER WITHOUT A PRIME MOVER AND A DOLLY ARE POSITIONED JUST SE OF THESE LAUNCHERS. CLOSE TO THE EASTERN BOUNDARY ARE 2 GUILD MISSILES ON DOLLIES AND 4 GUILD MISSILES WHICH APPEAR TO BE ON CRADLES. SIX SA-2 LAUNCHERS, 11 SETS OF BOGIE WHEELS, AND 6 VANS ARE ALSO ALONG THE EASTERN BOUNDARY. EQUIPMENT IN THE CENTRAL GUID- ANCE AREA REMAINS UNCHANGED EXCEPT THAT THE RADAR TO THE SOUTH CAN NOW BE IDENTIFIED AS A FAN SONG "E" RADAR, THE ONE TO THE NORTH IS A FAN SONG "B" OR "C". LAUNCH SITE 3 -- THE LAUNCHER PREVIOUSLY OBSERVED AT POSITION 3 DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE PRESENT. SINCE A LAUNCHER HAS REAPPEARED AT POSITION 4. AT LAUNCH POSITION 5, A MISSILE COMPONENT CAN BE SEEN AT THE LAUNCH POINT WHERE A LAUNCHER WITH A MISSILE HAD BEEN OBSERVED AT LAUNCH POSITION 6, THE LAUNCHER IS PRESENT WITHOUT THE POSSIBLE MISSILE HOWEVER, AN UNIDENTIFIED MISSILE CAN BE IDENTIFIED ON THE WEST DOLLY. THE NOSE SECTION APPEARS TO BE AWAY FROM THE LAUNCHER. LAUNCH SITE 5 -- A NUMBER OF OBJECTS STILL REMAIN IN THE VICINITY OF I'ACH POINT. MORE CLEARLY DISCERNIBLE ON THIS COVERAGE ARE THE RAILS SERVING THE 3 POINTS -- 5 AT THE NORTH, 5 AT THE CENTRAL, AND 1 AT THE SOUTHERN, TOGETHER WITH A SHORT RAIL EXTENDING TO THE SE OF THE SOUTHERN LAUNCH POINT. THE 2 EXTREME BAYS OF THE CURVED MISSILE-READY BUILDING ARE BLACK. THE SECTION HOUSING THE 3 INNER BAYS IS WHITE AND GIVES THE APPEARANCE OF BEING SOLID WITH NO OPENINGS DISCERNIBLE. SEVERAL OBJECTS/VEHICLES, PRE- JUST NORTH OF THE SUPPORT BUILDING, HAVE DISAPPEARED. A POSSIBLE LAUNCHER, IS IDENTIFIED JUST WEST OF THE CONTROL BUNKER. THIS POSSIBLE CABLE-SERVED LAUNCHER HAS BEEN PRESENT SINCE OBSERVED AND IS ON THE SITE OF A SMALL CIRCULAR EXCAVATION FIRST LAUNCH SITE 6 -- ALMOST ALL MISCELLANEOUS OBJECTS AND REMNANTS OF THE 2 FORMER LAUNCH POINTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM SITE 6. FIVE RAILS SERVE THE SOUTHERN POINT AND ONE, THE NORTHERN POINT. FIVE BAYS ARE NOTED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE CURVED MISSILE-READY BUILDING WITH A SLIGHT BUILDING EX- TENSION OBSERVED AT THE SOUTHERNMOST BAY.
