Background
The Office of Public Affairs would like to devise some form
of appreciation to recognize people who have been of special or
continued help in support of the PA mission.
The attached certificate is a first-cut proposal for such an
award.
Research has determined that a final proposal (even though
not an A enc award) would have to be submitted to Office of
Personnel for approval.
