I agree that we should go ahead and buy PIMSA.
Both operationally and financially this is an effec-
tive use of resources. For decades FBIS has been
trying to monitor Mexico from voice broadcasts.
This has been a very labor-intensive and unproductive
operation. The PIMSA (and INFORMB() coverage will
reduce and perhaps eliminate the need for voice.
