Security Report - 18 - 23 February 1985 Monday 18 February 1. 182 construction workers on site. 20 with temporary badges. 2. 38 trucks entered construction site. 3. MCI Project Manager, badge #085, exited construction site via Power House gate instead of the construction gate. 4. Security personnel on site until 1900 hours to support cable spllfice. Tuesday 19 February 1. 186 construction workers on site. 21 with temporary badges. 2. 47 trucks entered construction site. 3. The George Hyman Company project manager was the only person on the site after 1730 hours. Wednesday 20 February 1. 195 construction workers on site. 21 with temporary badges. 2. 72 trucks entered the construction site. 3. The George Hyman Company project manager entered the construction site at 1755 hours. Construction gate held open until he exited at 1805 hours. Thursday 21 February 1. 202 construction workers on site. 35 with temporary badges. 2. 70 trucks entered the construction site. No usable construction road to building site. Dominion Caisson Company used GSA trailer gate and Gate 1 (123 gate) to remove a large crane on a lowboy trailer. Driggs Company trucks were unable to negotiate exits via contractor's gate and used the GSA trailer gate and the 123 exit. 4. Gate #1 permitted delivery for MCI to enter and proceed directly to the Power House area, instead of the construction gate 5. 5 contractor personnel on site at 1520 hours. Friday 22 February 1. 174 construction workers on site. 19 with temporary badges. 2. 45 trucks entered the construction site. 3. Mark Hatfield, salesman for Irene Lumber Company, was sent directly to the MCI trailer by guards at Gate 1. Saturday 23 Februar 1. 26 construction workers on site. 2. 9 trucks entered the construction site. 3. Security personnel on site until 1710 hours to support HALCO.
