firm for the design of the New Building at C.I.A. head-
quarters, McLean, Virginia, has been completed. The firm
of Smith, binehman 4 Grylls Associates, Inc. has been
chosen, subject to successful contract negotiations.

ask that I extend their appreciation for the gracious, co-
