The program is sponsored by the International Security Council, a project of CAUSA International. CAUSA is a non-profit, non-sectarian educational organization that examines Marxism and alternative ideologies. The scheduled panelists include: Alejandro Orfilla, former secretary-general of OAS; Ambassador Ernesto Rivas-Gallont, former ambassador of El Salvador to the United States; and Lt. Gen. Gordon Sumner Jr. USA (Ret.), former chairman of the Inter-American Defense Board. The seminar will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Arlington, VA. A dinner will be served from 6:00-7:15 p.m.; the panel discussion and question and answer session will be from 7:15 to 9:30 p.m. A nominal admission cost of $10 to defray the expense of the dinner is payable at the door.
