Dear Mr. Casey:
The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command and the US Army
Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence will host the Tenth Annual Army
Intelligence Ball. This year marks the Centennial of Military Intelligence in
the United States Army. The ball will be held on 27 September 1985 at the
Marriott Crystal Gateway Hotel, Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
In order to facilitate our planning/preparation for this event, I request
that a primary and alternate point of contact and telephone number for your
organization be provided before 22 July 1985. An initial meeting of POC is
tentatively scheduled for 24 July 1985 at HQ INSCOM in the PPM Conference
Room, Room 2032, A Building, AHS, Arlington, VA. My POC for publicity for the
ball are MAJ James D. Tyndall (primary), Commercial 692-5156/6339, AV 222-5156/
